There are so many schools that even in smaller cities you can see one on almost every corner. Maybe there is some corruption, but many people do go through these schools and get diplomas and certificates in all those schools everywhere or all those schools wouldn't be there.

There are an unbelievable amount of certificate and degree trade schools in Poland in comparison. They are usually filled. So among the people going there there are women who get degrees and certificates. Where I live there are four colleges, and many trade schools. And a large student population. This is pretty much like that across Poland.

Where for example, in USA it hardly is at all in comparison. Ukraine happens to be next door to Poland and in many ways it has a similar culture.
