hey man, good drumming, when you doing blast beats, try to use a little more fingers, but still use your wrist like you were doing, and try using one foot while doing blast beats, it will improve your kick speed and endurance

i like your style man, but you got a strange ste up but it works, also a tip for the blast beats is practice them slow and instead of using both your feet for the blast use only one trust me it makes them easier but keep practicing

Instead of using doubles and straight 16th's for blast beats try using 8th's and one foot it should work out and then after that start using doubles, its a good tip trust me it works.

Well I just listened to "Follow You Home," and I don't really know what to say. Have you ever attempted to play actual jazz or metal? It's just so obviously harder than anything Nickleback does. However, I used to be a pretty big APC fan and I will probably always be a fan of Josh Freese's drumming. He is one of the few rock drummer's that sort of adds in some sort of style instead of just playing the same beats.

Jazz drumming is too simple. Rock drumming is the way to go. Throw a little double pedal in every now and then, but if you do it the whole time then it sounds like death metal junk. Nickleback's drummer is my favorite drummer as far as rock goes.

ignorance is all I can say. Sure Mike Portnoy and Neil Pert are good drummers, but not the greatest to have lived. And infact, Dave Weckl, Art Blakely, Elivn Jones ARE some of the greatest drummers to have lived. You truely have your facts wrong. Marco Minnemann is one of today's best, and he certainly knows jazz and all styles. He started out playing with Paul Gilbert, and now plays with Necrophagist. He knows his material.

Hey, thanks for the good word! This is really old, I need to get a new one up. Yeah your right, I start off with Lip Gloss and Black, theres also some trivium and other heavy influences in there. Pantera, Metallica, Dream Theater. I like stuff like that.
Sraight double bass isn't too hard, took me about 1-2 months to learn. I would reccomend a Pearl Eliminator pedal if you can afford it. If you want to go all out however, check out the DW9000 and the Axis AL-2, smooth and fast.

Jazz drumming is too simple. Rock drumming is the way to go. Throw a little double pedal in every now and then, but if you do it the whole time then it sounds like death metal junk. Nickleback's drummer is my favorite drummer as far as rock goes.

thats the stupidest thging iv ever heard. rock drumming is the most simplistic shit there is as far as drumming. and thats a fact. and it just so happens that jazz is the hardest style of music any drummer can attempt. its painfully obviouse that you know nothing abou tdrumming and if you seriousely think your right go talk to an acual drumer that knows what theyre talking about.

Im afraid that Rush and Dream Theater are both "rock" bands, with two of the greatest drummers who ever lived, so dont even start the Dave Weckl, Dennis Chambers crap.

ignorance is all I can say. Sure Mike Portnoy and Neil Pert are good drummers, but not the greatest to have lived. And infact, Dave Weckl, Art Blakely, Elivn Jones ARE some of the greatest drummers to have lived. You truely have your facts wrong. Marco Minnemann is one of today's best, and he certainly knows jazz and all styles. He started out playing with Paul Gilbert, and now plays with Necrophagist. He knows his material.

Hey, thanks for the good word! This is really old, I need to get a new one up. Yeah your right, I start off with Lip Gloss and Black, theres also some trivium and other heavy influences in there. Pantera, Metallica, Dream Theater. I like stuff like that.

Sraight double bass isn't too hard, took me about 1-2 months to learn. I would reccomend a Pearl Eliminator pedal if you can afford it. If you want to go all out however, check out the DW9000 and the Axis AL-2, smooth and fast.

Yeah, if you bothered to watch the whole thing, you would have seen that only about the first 1:30 is an atreyu cover. After that, it's completely solo.

This is the worst attempt to play the song Lip Gloss and Black by Atreyu... Your tempos are all over the place too. and what happend after 1:14? you forgot the rest of the song or something?

That crash sounds awful mate. The double pedal is one string to your bow, BUY SOME MORE STRINGS. There is more to drumming than hi-speed bass lines. Get a drop clutch for your hi hat too.

Why does everyone who posts comments think just cuz the kid cna do simple double kick stuff he is "Amazing" or "Sick". There is a whole nother vast and unlimited world of percussion out there but you dickheads prepetuate the bad erpuation drummers mostly get in the music world. Assholes.
