@LittleNBigPro I'll answer that question for you mate, flag football helps with speed and quickness. I used it for training purposes, cuts while running pass routes, jukes, even spin moves.

Because you cant truck over the other team in flag, you need to be quick on you feet to avoid the them.

It helps in the long run i guess, especially for WR and RB, plus its fun :)
