I believe you press circle and triangle at the same time right before the opponent starts punching you. I haven't done it myself, it's quite the advanced technique :)

no it isn't...it's one of the easiest techniques there is...only you need to know how to since the game doesn't explain correctly...;when blocking an opponents rush(normal square repeatedly...)keep circle pressed and push triangle, and you can do that anywhere in the combo, as long as you're blocking instead of taking hits:P...simple as that...now how do you block and teleport to the back?that's what I wanna know:P

Eh, not really sure. But my quess is that Vegeta was in his super form. (The form he used to fight Cell) When Goku used his Kameha it made him power down to a normal Super Saiya-jin state.

Tenkaichi 2 was awsome and i hope they have just tweaked this one to to make it a little better. It is not like! ! You can dodge blows, how to load is more real ... The background music is the original, is the refined version of tenkaichi 2, and I would say that has something to budokai 3 (special powers, so dodge)
