it's a psycho and comedy anime.the story is about a guy moving to a village called Hinamizawa, where every year on a special day someone dies. he wants to find out what's happening there but when he asks the usually friendly people they get strange.
those girls are his friends of him as well.
it's very thrilling and many people like it so you should watch it if it sounds just a bit interesting to you. please don't get a bad impression of it because of this... really not too good video
