Hah. My brotha was spent after the first set of 'squat thrust' aka burpees. I feel him...I've plenty of high intensity workouts like that. It gets 'easier' after a while...mentally, not physically. It's mind strength...yeah, your body needs to respond...been there done that...50lb vest...at vomit edge.

What went wrong in this video? I wasn't sure what happened. I want to buy this vest but I'm only 5'2 and I'm not sure if it will be snug for me.

from what I see xVest have a long fit. I tried a long fit vest today at modells and I dont like it, i'm 5'10" and I'm convinced I want an upper torso fit only.

also the one at modells did not fit around my waist either... 1 size fits all is a scam.

So would you recommend this vest if I'm really short? I really want it ot be snug when I'm doing activities, I don't want it to bounce around and drag on my body like fat rolls. :)

the xvest looks tigher on the waist than others. I would say xvest might be the best long fit based on appearance. but after trying a random brand long fit in modells I would not bother if I was short. i'm 5'10-5'11 and I just dont see it working well on a short person.

try to find a review of it somewhere from a short person

you can adjust the vest at the shoulders so it fits short and tall people. I'm 5'8 and it fits me fine. It does not hang low after I adjusted the shoulders.
