Looks like 2 parts sugar, 1 part of each of the oils. You can even add a bit of Vitamin E oil too - it'll help to preserve it as well as nourish your skin (squeezed right out of the caps). And you're right, indigolady, I'd pulse the sugar a little bit to grind the coarseness down a bit. If it's too granular, it could cause tiny tears and cuts in the skin which could lead to infection.
You can also do this with Kosher salt for a salt scrub.

For a finer scrub, put the natural sugar into a clean coffee grinder for a few pulses. Middle aged ladies like me can't hack the strong scrubs!
