i be leave, the length of the person arm play a great part is this bone breaking thing, and that's beating me my hand is a bi short. i have to try find different ways catching some styles. big up tho
@Shenlong2008 popping the shoulder isn't usually what hurts a lot when you do bonebreak, popping the shoulder isn't quite as hard as it looks just take it slow at first, it would help if you learn to arm flex first however

@Shenlong2008 Thank You And No Im Not. . . . .Most Of The Best Bone breakers Arent Double Jointed Like Bones, X, Vibes Ect Its Just A Matter Of Stretching And Practice So Yes You Could Probly Be The Best Bone Breaker In The WORLD! All With Practice And Stretching :)
@kidswagglx Broo do you have any tips on streching for this particular bonebreak? im what i would say advanced at bonebreaking but ive been trying to do this and i havent been able to?
if u plan on working out or weight training at all later on in life, dont do this. :/ u cant do both when u lift ur arm pops out of its socket... so u wuld have to stand up against a wall to weight lift. that means no bench pressing and a whole bunch of other workouts. so mad i cant do both.
