  • Quitting cold turkey is usually the best policy.

    All those products you shown in the first video is part of the problem.

  • I am exactly where you are bro. Cold turkey.. 5th day... and i'm kind of drunk right now. Haven't smoked a cigarette tonight so I am proud of myself. I quit monday to at least get the nicotine out of me by the weekend... Which is now. I made it. Hopefully you made the quit, because it's people like you that make me stay strong. My friends don't seem to keen on the idea of me quitting. I know your video is a couple years old, but if you could let me know if you ally quit that would be great.

  • I know exactly what your talking about with the B-Complex and B6. You can even by B6 seperate at a health food store in 200mg.

    They are water solubale, but they WILL seriously keep you awake at night!

    That is why they put very little B6 in Meletonin (sleep aid herb- to promote sleep) so it does not keep you awake.

    I been there (well with the B6 anyway). Glad you made it trough it bro!
