Gogo can only use as much magic as his allies can (if one party member learned all magic, he can use it all too) and Umaro can't learn magic at all.

Yes he can, you can eqiup abilities onto him in the status menu

Not really. If you go to this room again, there's a slightly harder boss called the Omega Weapon. He has less HP, but his spells are all non-elemental, so he's considerably more dangerous.

my sabin did 8000+ damage and did 8 attacks per turn so it only took a few turns to beat him.

p.s. you fight kaiser twice when you beat him there you unlock a new dungeon where you fight every monster in the game.

Wow, great party to go in with. Pretty much my favourite team; Gogo Mimicing Shadow's Throw and Sabin's Blitz is frickin epic. Plus having ur party decked out with Genji gear is nice too (believe me, I'm still @ the Colussium obtaining as much Genji gear as I can). One question: is the dragon immune to Berserk? If not this could be done a lot faster. Isn't it also kinda boring spamming Quick/Ultima the whole battle?

P.S: What's the original SNES name of Sabin's Godhand, so I know if I have it

Dude this game owns! i mean i haven't yet beatin it but i am dang close! So Wahtever! this gfame has taken precious time away because of it's great story line and cool cahratcers! If you have yet to plsy this game i highly recommend it!

It doesn't have 195k HP. It has 65,000. You cannot damage it until it does 5 barrier changes. Use genji glove/m scroll combo with ultima weaps after 5 b.c.'s.

Normally, barrier change merely changes the weak point of a monster, raising its physical defense to ungodly levels and nullifying the effects of all other elements save for its weakpoint. Spells like Ultima and weapons like the Ultima Weapon (as well as certain blitzes and throws) ignore defense so they work well against it.

No, Kaiser Dragon has 262,000 HP, technically. He has 65,500, but that restores itself 5 times. Whenever he barrier changes, he does a sort of complete 'Elemental Shift', in that he starts casting seperate spells as well that match the one he shifted his weakness to. After getting down the 65,500 5 times, he'll cast Ultima and die.

That's why you don't attack him until he uses up all his Barrier Changes.

But heres the thing; he only Barrier Changes when you deal 65,500 damage to it. You have to attack it to win. Besides, its just a scan spell away to tell.

He Barrier Changes after 20-30 seconds if you don't do anything. So no, you don't need to attack until the final Change.

I beat the game 3 times and on 2 of those 3 I stole Ragnarok AND Ultima weapon from the 3rd stage final bosses... So now I have 3 Lightbringers and Two Ultima weapons!

Yeah, he is the final dragon and arguably the hardest boss in the game, although some would actually claim some of the other dragons are tougher.

You can steal it from Kefka at the very end of the game...I believe it's part of the third statue as you go up.
