first of all try to connect via Landscapes . Than u will see if there is a software or hardware problem.

most important thing : be patient , for me with my old n95 firmware it took about 5-10 minutes to receive a signal from satellite.

with new v35 fw it is about 1-2minutes

go to change prefrences>next>next>next>then select show gps status. then select the top left key which is configure then select "other bluetooth gps receiver and select then a list of bluetooth paired devices select binpda then leave it for around 5-10 mins and should pick up a gps signal

absulotely mint works perfect the built in gps isent too good itself but this hack really works and is mint. by the way jordan place the binpda file on your memory card but do not put it in any folders then run the program bt which you should of got with the tomtom software then when its open it should say "device added" then close that and run gpsd click to turn bluetooth on and yes allow gps connections and all that then even if the longitude digits stay at 0 open tomtom then go to prefrences

1 go to app "GPS data"

2 go to "position"

3 GO AUTSIDE AND WAIT until you get Longit, Accuracy, Alt, etc data

4 after u get it, it means your gps has a signal

5 go GPSd application and you will see that (Letitude and Logit. are no more empty)

6 now you are ready to connect tomtom app. with your internal gps.

7 go to tom tom -> change preferences -> show gps status -> configure -> other bt gps rec. ->Binpda GPS

One more important thing . it takes time, for me 1-5 minutes to get gps signal

k so i have installed everything i think properly however when i go to get a signal from the gpsd i get nothing. and then i just read bbdd3650's comment and i tried changing my access point to wireless and i couldnt really do that because wireless wasnt an option..my only options were: go rogers, media, Rogers Internet or streaming and all of them have a lock beside them. how i got there was settings>positioning>positioni­ng server>access point. Yeahh!!

First i installed TomTom Binpda Cracked.

After installing it, i copy the tomtom map from your file(megaupload) on my SD-card.

Then i open't tomtom.sisx and again i get a update-error. Now i go to App manager en deleted TomTom Binpda cracked. After deleting that file i scroll down in app manager and installed the other tomtom file in that list.

And now it is installing Tomtom.sisx.

That's all!! :-D

first of all, change your access point to wireless. it means program will not connect to gprs. second go to landmarks and get coordinates with WIRELESS connection. than go to GPSd and it will work perfect. one more tip (do those things outside!)
