Corruption in the Philippines starts when a child goes to school. Parents teaches their children to give token like chocolates to teachers. The parent tells a child that the token/gift came from abroad. The teacher then will "take" care of the child for grades and special treament. This practice has to stop if we want the Philippines to change its ways.
