does anyone know how to get a chopped vocal sample like the one made by jake? is it just cut samples, spread sample across keyboard, add midi? it just doesnt sound like its that simple!

@Kkidzz I've given up on it.. any collaboration work is done on one computer these days.. seems like setting up all our midi controllers on one laptop is easier than everyone using their normal setup and MIDI syncing... fuckitall

@biggtimemusic Was the midi actually synced? Cause it seems like only the instructors were connected. Everyone else was working from an audio feed, i thought.

@xenocore01 no midi sync at all. you just need to turn on both clicks, hit play at the same time and use the beat adjust to get it locked in
