  • I'm with ya on the exercise.I feel if your moving any amount at all,your doing something.And thats good!I try to do some cardio 30 to 1 hour a day.

  • Thanks for the reminders about the basics! I'm only 10 weeks post op - but the success I've had sometimes lets me say, "oh, that one cookie will be ok." NO! And the drinking/eating thing, too. I will take your reminders to heart!

  • AJ, I haven't commented on your videos before becuz I planned on doing lapband. One of my tests ruled lapband out & now I am looking at RNY & knew I needed to go back & look at your vids again. I was glad to catch this one & it is good for LB folks as well as Bypass.

    I don't have a date yet but have insurance approval so I know I will be rewatching from the start over the next month! Thanks for your great videos.

  • Trip cause I went and seen a friend of mine ..who I havent seen after he had WLS a yr ago. He said hes "slipping " off track now. BMI larry clued me into NOT drinking and eating . I dont know why this slipped my mind. But, now that I stayed to "THE PLAN" Ive started to lose again. Sometimes we all need a kick in the butt ! Super great video 12 months out 3 months out sometimes we need to hear it all again !! You touched everything I needed to hear and rethink . lots of love happy onederland !

  • that is really fantastic!! i have been stuck at 200 for a couple of weeks now and i am very frustrated at it...i am about to be one year out on the 14th and have lost 140 but i would love to get to onederland before my year is up...i need to get back to the REAL basic's too...thanks for doing this video

  • Thanks for this video. Im guilty for drinking with my meals and after my meals. Im in a stall after losing 142 pounds. Im glad to find out that you dont have to work out 3 hours a day. I do alot of walking but now it dont seem to be enough. Thanks for the info and im going to get back to basics too. Thanks again for this video. Ann
