Is this the Japanese vocal version that everyone is saying is so much better than the English version? There's no energy to it, the guys voice is bland, half the time it doesn't even match the instrumental.

But I guess if it's Japanese it has to be better than American, right? *rolls eyes*

@Tokorai Love it when people say American rather than English, But I actually enjoy this better, Personally it flows better.

I'm assuming that was suppose to be mocking. I just want to clarify that this IS the American version, not just "English". It's a subject of nationality, not language.

@Tokorai, you're actually right, The English version to me, does have more energy and emotion in it than the Japanese version to me, people will always say something Japanese is better, just because, it's really dumb sometimes,they aren't even trying to listen to the song.

@Tokorai I aggree with you. His voice is hilarious. It sounds like a joke song that someone would put on a t.v. show making fun of Japanese cartoons. But hey, that's just my opinion.

I like the song but ky and sol are way overpowered characters in guilty gear. I prefer the japenese version way more than the english version.

umm.. how are they overpowered? They're just extremely easy to use, but once you play the game for a while and get a deeper understanding for it, you'll see that there are way more "overpowered" characters.

Sol and Ky are supposed to be "beginner friendly" because they are the "Main characters", thus making them the "main focus", which in turn makes n00bs want to play them. Thus, to make n00bs get used to the game, they play easy characters: Sol and Ky.

yeah, I was like that too, I played using Ky only for like 2 weeks, now after a couple of years I don't use him unless I do a "random" character selection. My all time favourite is Chipp, but I also use Jam and Milia a lot. I like "speedy" characters (=

Unfortunately, the "easier" characters are also more well known, in addition to being less powerful. So anyone who actually LIKES Sol/Ky is kind of at a disadvantage.

Problem is that Sol and Ky are basicaly the main characters of the game, well, them and Dizzy. Its not the players fault that the developer Decide on putting these two out in front and all the other characters into the background.
