well by and large rap tends to have very basic music (i.e. a steady beat and little else). rap is more about the lyrics i'd suppose, in a way spoken word poetry. But THIS kind of music takes the lyrics AND the music to the another level. or at least that's how i feel. That's why i feel rap gets a bad rap ;)

Good lord, this is murderous. D'arcy is a gorgeous ghost, Billy's the perfect tortured soul of rock, Jimmy's completely mad but somehow brilliant.
