You probably know this....but ginger is supposed to be one of the best cures for motion sickness, but the stem ginger version just gives me chronic heart burn, so I stick with the capsules from Holland and Barrett. Looking forward to your next upload as Dylan is busy with all his other projects.
Glad to know youre OK. Encapsulated lead keels.....just glad mine are big slabs of cast iron. I know almost everything with Marine in the title is expensive but what is wrong with a few litres of epoxy resin from the local trade counter for car body repair?

Nasty, that water north from Norfolk, only Lynn, Boston and Saltfleet as bolt holes when the weather gets rough.
I used to keep my boat at Saltfleet, horrible bar at the entrance and virtually no marks. Then there's Grimsby, grim.
