  • ha...hahahaAHHAHAHAHAHAH

  • CORRECT!!! Jesus was not born on Dec 25!! HOWEVER, Why then do people TODAY celebrate his B-day on Dec 25?? Please don't tell me the nonsense about the Roman Catholics celebrating Pagan holidays only to attract pagans and win them over to Jesus. Thats nonsense

  • @ctsfinestjon Actually, I've heard the same thing that they chose DEC 25th because it was a Pagan holiday. Is that not true? If not, can you direct me to the proof? Thanks.

  • @joecane6340 you've clearly misunderstood what i was saying!! Ofcoarse it was pagan. But Christians say that it was nessesary to celebrate Jesus B-day on December 25 in order to attract pagans. But i believe they celebrated it on Dec 25 because they worship the sun god

  • @ctsfinestjon I'm sorry. I did misunderstand.

  • How obscenely arrogant of you to think that Western views of the world and religion is the "One True" view who the hell knows for sure NOBODY. There are 7 billion people in the world Christians get over yourselves and let people live their lives. Seriously

  • I'm not sure I understand why Chris White asks for evidence and offers to pay people to provide evidence of Acharya's claims in Zeitgeist. Archarya never intended for her chapter in Zeitgeist to be for scholars. Acharya has written books which do go into detail on sources of her information and I'm sure if she had to provide this via a documentary there would be several documentaries lol

  • 2:59 "if they are wrong the consequences are very dire metaphysically speaking"

realistically speaking you are a lunatic for even believing a book assembled from other books which there are no traces before 300 AD PROVES a person that lived 300 years earlier was the creator of the universe.

Furthermore the "consequences" you speak of only show the CRUELTY of your religion since you believe only members of your religion will be saved and all others will go to hell.

    where will u run now?

  • you're saying that they dont have evidence that horus was born on 25th..regardledss of whether he was or wasnt, you're doing the exact same thing believing in jesus chris with absolutely no evidence(and dont say the "bible"). just sit back and think for a second..everything you believe and know is completely you're upbringing. i myself cannot of course say that jesus didnt exist, however i can say that it is extremely improbable.. but of course there is no evidence. just be open-minded and think.

  • This guy belives christ walked on the water.... Nuff said.

  • @tobiasravn Doesnt it follow that the creator can do anything with his creation? You're taking soundbites and trying to connect dots that are'nt there. You're misleading-In your words-Nuff said!..lmao pathetic little saying

  • Here u go

    /watch?v=xIJAuuntD84

  • Even if you put Jesus's birth in September, the idea that Jesus was crucified on the first day and then resurrected on the third day comes from astro-theology. And the Jesus story has a lot of unrealistic elements to it such as Jesus riding into Jerusalem on a donkey and everyone being happy that he was there. Then five days later, they all want to crucify him. If anything, I think that the chief priests would be the ones getting crucified if it were a real historical event.

  • @LifeIsABigPuzzle Stop being an anti-Christ lemming... The change of events over 5 days (from celebrating His presence versus His punishment / death) seems extreme... A lot of people felt the same way about OJ when he acted the way he did early on... slow police chase and a gun pointed at his head... Ours and Jesus' times are far apart and you expect them to behave just like us... you expect eye witnesses to just whip out documents left and right, knowing "literacy" was still rare in 1800's.

  • @RayTech70 This reply doesn't make much sense. I believe that people behave similar now to how they did back then only back then, they weren't as civilized as we are now. And I don't think that they still would want to crucify Jesus only five days after they were happy that he came to Jerusalem.

  • @LifeIsABigPuzzle Okay, so you don't think that if you went to Iran and worked people up until a frenzy to support you in overthrowing the regime that you wouldn't be rounded up and executed? Wow... why don't you just get on a plane then, fly to Iran, and stop this nasty nuclear weapon factory business before it causes a major war... I'm so glad you think that is possible.

  • @RayTech70 It is unbelievable that the crowd would love him on Sunday and then hate him enough on Friday to want to see him get crucified. Why should they support the chief priests when Jesus was their hero and not them? And I was not saying that I wouldn't get arrested and executed for inciting a revolution in Iran. The crowd's reaction is what is unbelievable and that is why I have a hard time accepting it as history.

  • @LifeIsABigPuzzle You are missing several points on this: Jesus did not sway 100% of the nation-- if you look, He stuck mainly around the outskirts and the people that celebrated him were those who had witnessed his miracles... Israel at large, however, remained until Jewish law-- it's way things worked back then. Look into this further-- you are treating it like a CNN report which the Bible is not... that's your shortcoming.

  • @LifeIsABigPuzzle I find it frustrating that atheists (actually anti-theist atheists / anti-Christ atheists particularly) seem to expect God to fit "their picture" of morality when they don't even know what society was like for the people back then. Don't you think Obama might be "booted from the country" if he were to ransack Congress and bitch them out and survive without being impeached? Religion was the law of the land back then and storming the temple and claiming to be God was appalling.

  • elliot nesch is a bitch.

  • @boblafro oh so youre version of living in nature is the venus project???? a society run by artificial inteligence, a "resource" based economy , who be the lucky few that wil be in charge of that distribution i wonder. im not a christian , and this issue isnot about god, its about truth , just take 30 min out of youre day to check out some of the claims that peter joseph makes in the zeitgeist, start by finding out i mythras had a virgin birth ore if anyone other than jesus was crucified.

  • Ok, someone tell me that the Federal Reserve is good. That wars actually create peace. That continuing to use oil is good in the long run. That money doesn't create classes and it is instead human laziness. Whether or not Jesus existed doesn't matter next to these issues.

  • @tgt305 non of that stuff is good ore defendable , and absoultely must be changed , how ever this does not prove anything that zeitgeist says about anything. the way mony is manipulated today doesent do justicie to what we would consider a "free market" so changing the system does not mean changing that part , just geting it work properly , as it should work , zeitgeist might of woken you up to certain things , but there is alot more waking up to do , do some more research! thank you 4 ur time

  • u mad cause of the mistakes in religious part? oh my.

  • Rofl you fail to see the point.....Zeitgeist is not about religion. Its about dishonesty in the world. suppression of free will. and wy we (need) the current financial system. im not gonne spend any more time on this video

  • @Crafsmen that is also the illuminati goal , to destroy the religions , currencies, and gov.s, of the world , to bring about a "nwo"

  • @notjam3 You have no idea what your talking about. Why would the illumanati want to get rid of a system that takes freedom/power away?

  • @notjam3 Also, who ever said Zeitgeist was in the business of "destroying religions"? Instead, it promotes RBE, REGARDLESS of religion. Just because Peter Joseph disagrees with religious dogma, it doesn't mean the entire movement does. That's a huge assumption.

  • @notjam3 Don't be ridiculous. Religion is the ultimate tool of the illuminati, because it creates fear and obedience. It's is the perfect method of controlling large populations! Don't listen to this guy. He is probably one of them!

  • Horus: Trinity

The egyptians deified the sun as a trinity of gods -- Osiris, the Father, Horus, the Son, and Ra, the Highest Sun -- each corresponding to at least one of the sun's 3 key positions throughout the day. Osiris represented the *setting* sun, and is reborn as horus, the *rising* sun. Ra, who alone represented the *mid-day* sun completes the trinity as "Ra-Horakty" (translates to "Ra who is Horus of the Two Horizons") the conflation of all three gods and positions of the sun.

  • Utterance 556

1382f "this hour of the ---THIRD DAY--- comes, where the father Osiris will be reborn as horus, at the place where the gods are born..."

  • Horus: 3 Day Death and Resurrection Con't (1)

    Pyramid Texts Utterance 667

1941b "this hour of the morning, of this ---THIRD DAY ----, is come, when thou surely passet on to heaven, together with the stars, the imperishable star"

  • According to the Ikhernofret Stela (2000 BC) by Richard H. Wilkinson, Osiris' Death and Resurrection was celebrated in a 5 day festival known as the "Passion Plays". He is entombed on the 2nd day, and remains so until the 4th day (3 DAYS) Afterwards, on the 5th day, he is reborn AT DAWN.

This is why Horus represented the sun's *rising* position, whereas Osiris represented the sun's *setting* position; Horus is symbolic of Osiris' resurrection/rebirth.

  • well done keep it up (prays for you) Yeshua rewards the diligent Peace

  • zeit is satanic

  • Zeitgeist is pathetic.

  • The bible was written by man therefore is flawed...

  • mm nice video. i dont really trust peter joseph. because if somebody starts to tell you that god does not exist. is a person that you dont follow..i am not a religous man. but i believe in god. and everybody has the right to believe or pray in anyway they want.

if he is saying that not believeing in god is better for the future thats not true.. because at the end it is all energy an spirituallity and balance.

  • Bottom line religion is irrelevant to our issues. Watch the Zeitgeist federal reserve movie....Its the best film Ive ever seen!

  • Great job!! Keep on fighting for the truth!!

  • @boblafro Why don't you say the same thing Acharya S. and what's his name!!? And why do you all always stoop to name calling?! Zeitgeist needed to be debunked so their lies wouldn't be propagated...

  • Right on!

  • The image you chose for this piece of trash that you call "debunking" tells me all i want to know about your intelligence ;)

  • @boblafro Hello Kettle, I'd like you to meet Pot. It looks like you have a lot in common.

  • Frankly, I think this is well done, and you actually hear things from the "horse's mouth" so to speak. Not only that, but you're frank and honest with the fact that you have done some video cutting, offered a link to the interview in full and are truthful with your religious background, and not putting on airs.

I have no idea why you are getting so much hate. Ah well. I for one enjoyed this, and I encourage you to keep doing what you're doing!

  • I just couldn't keep watching beyond 3:28

  • @Agnostic72 lmao!!!!!

  • People will believe what they want to believe. People wanted no God and Jesus, so....Zeitgeist says there's no God or Jesus. Give people what they want. Sheep are sheep. No matter what side of the fence they're on.

  • I never laughed so hard at a video before. At the end I was like; "So this guy is SERIOUS??? HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!"

Wow! Zeitgeist moving forward explains in detail with phd professors and numerous resources and technical standpoints on how our earth is going to shit and how we can move in a more sane direction, and this cat brings magical tales from a book to try to somehow PROVE IT ALL WRONG??? HAHAHAHA!!!

You make me wanna go to church again....just for the lulz....

  • @evilnomad111 Yeah, I like it! You hit the nail on the head.

  • @evilnomad111 Ppppppaaaaaagggggaaaaaaaannnnnnnn

  • So, in "Debunking" Zeigeist almost the first thing you make known is you have "edited" this audio recording- Interesting indeed.

  • @arabhomer He was honest with it, and offered a link to the interview in full. Move along, no conspiracy here.

  • lol, dudde, you still have all the work ahead of you, Dennet, Harris , Dawkins, Hitchens.. evidence is in favor of the Myth word, not Fact word.

  • Yah, the Jesus story is very believable. He was murdered, stuck in a cave for 3 days, then came back to life. After 40 days he ascended to heaven in the presence of the 11 Apostles. That's gotta be true

    .

  • @Someideasandstuff Just because the miracle of a resurrection seems pretty impossible, it doesn't mean that Jesus didn't exist as a historical figure. That's the claim Zeitgeist makes, and it's a very false claim at that.

  • @boblafro whoa ! Be fair and don't be worked up, that's what Zeitgeist is all about. This video was right on, it was peacefully showing that Peter Joseph and Acharya did not properly answer these questions, and these were legitimate questions. The films made some good points, but a lot of the "Facts" about Jesus were entirely off...

  • Even if Horus was born Dec 25th it does not parallel to the life of Jesus because He was not born Dec 25th.

  • YOU IDIOTS believe anyone in this so called truth movement...THE devil will mimic christ and you fools will be decieved like your wicked hearts desire.

  • @Drebln893 ZG and TVP don't represent the Truth Movement. They used some truth about 9/11 and Federal Reserve fraud to throw in this garbage. Mostly everyone I know believes that 9/11=inside job, the Fed is robbing us through inflation, but very few of us believe the bs about Christianity in the 1st part. I will be the 1st to admit that ORGANIZED RELIGION is garbage however FAITH is very real. TVP is laughable and a scam. We gotta remove the NWO before we dream of utopias,PJ, JF are shills!

  • @BigCavone75 ..Hi,..Very good points you made.

  • @Drebln893 Now who's being an idiot? Oh wait.. You're a troll. My bad.

  • @petepamf ...shut up you twat...thats how much of a troll i am mate. nob head.

  • @Drebln893 Confirmed.

  • @petepamf ...yep, by your mum

  • Horus: 12 Apostles Con't (1)

The Book of Gates Chapter 3 also states that these 12 worshippers of Ra/Horus who spread Truth upon Earth on his behalf, ALSO drove away (exorcised) unclean spirits: "They who spoke words of power against Apep (and unclean evil spirit)"

jesus' 12 followers are referred to as "apostles". An apostle is one sent forth as a messenger; one SPREADING TRUTH. According to Matthew 10:1, jesus' apostles also drove away (exorcised) unclean evil spirits

  • Horus: 12 Apostles

    Chapter3

    The Gate of Saa-Set

    The Second Division of Tuat

Note: Ra was a solar deity representing the sun's *mid-day* position while Horus represented the sun's *rising* position. By the time of the Book of Gates, Ra had already been merged with Horus to represent all positions.

The Book of Gates states: "The 12 worshippers of Ra/Horus who are at peace..They who praised Ra/Horus upon Earth...they who spoke Truth upon Earth (on Ra/Horus'behalf)"

  • Horus: Virgin Mother Con't (2)

Isis/ Virgo depiction: Lady of Green Crops, Lady of Bread, Lady of Abundance..." -- Egyptian Book of the Dead

It is Sirius (Isis) the beloved daughter, who provides the YEARLY SUSTENANCE (flooding of the Nile) for you in her name of "Year" --- Pyramid Text

"Sirius (Isis) is the opener of the Year's flood"

All of the Above depictions of Isis refer to Harvest, which is exactly why the Greeks designated thier constellation of Harvest a VIRGIN GODDESS

  • Horus: Virgin Mother Con't (1)

It is a widely known fact that the greek religion is but a mirror of the egyptian religion e.g Dionysis is actually Osiris , Typhon is actually Set, Mercury is actually Thoth, etc. With that said, the glyph for Virgo is a Virgin holding WHEAT (Bread) and CORN (Spica), as Virgo is the constellation of HARVEST, and this is how the Egyptians depicted Isis:

Lady of Green Crops, Lady of Bread, Lady of Abundance..." Egyptian Book of the Dead Con't

  • Horus: Virgin Mother

    1. In a text in the Abydos Temple of Seti I, Isis herself declares:

    "I am the great VIRGIN"

    2. Found among the glyphs of Denderah, are glyphs depicting the sex between Isis and Osiris. The glyphs show Isis sending out her Bah (spirit), Sothis or Sirius (a hawk), the hawk being seated and inseminated on Osiris' phallus, and then returning back to Isis. The sex between Isis and Osiris was non-physical, therefore leaving her virginity intact.

  • @boblafro I agree with you but just to clarify what you said. Laws of the Universe can't be bypassed, you mean like gravity and light?

  • Horus: Baptism + Eucharist

    Book of Gates Chapter 5

Note: Again, in the Book of Gates Ra is Ra-Horakty (Ra who is Horus of the two Horizons: the sun travelling from one horizon to the other.)

The 12 gods say unto Ra/Horus: --"Immerse thyself, O Ra, in the Holy Lake, whereing the lord of the gods immersed himself, whereunto the sould of the dead approach not; this is what thou thyself hast commanded, O KHUTI. "Thier food CONSISTETH BREAD... thier vessels are FILLED WITH WINE.

  • @boblafro Thumbs up to this guy pleeeeeaseeee!!!!! :D

  • people who believe all this zeitgeist b.s. are just as stupid as religious folks. they need to know that there is someone in control even if it's nwo instead of god. people can't cope with a random and chaotic universe. noone is in control and noone knows what the hell is going on. just keep lying to yourselves if it makes you feel better.

  • search "Christmas Card from an Atheist" that explains how christmas is pagan, also Easter is a Pagan tradition

  • all you people go off on with TZM is that Peter Joseph explained the fact that Christianity and the image of Jesus was indeed apart of Pagan worship of the sun. THIS IS FACT! btw, Peter Joseph is not the first to say this, there are numerous historians that have said this way before the movie Zeitgeist even began. If you don't believe me, just look at the holiday of Christmas, Christmas is a pagan tradition when on Dec. 25th the ancients would exchange gifts to one another.

  • I am a Christian. God condemns Usury. God is against debt. God condemns theft. God condemns killing, All of these things cause suffering and all of these things are promoted and practiced by every country which is involved in fractional reserve banking. I disagree with zeitgeist on its views on Christianity, but if you dipshit people could just come together on the fact that we must end our corrupt monetary system, we would ALL be better off. This is the most important point in zeitgeist!

  • Does zeitgeist promote the book of Enki?? Like Enki from the annunaki?? new religion thing

  • @TheDutchDatabase on the website right at 0:37

  • I will settle this dispute. The Venus Project will Deep 666 the Internet or I will DTMF signal their central computer to overload their project's high tech batteries that have been withheld from the general public's use. • As for the Romans allowing the christians to destroy papers... That's a strawman argument and a conscious one - because for sure the poster has heard of the Crusades, the Inquisition, The genocide of native tribes... Man, this 'debunker' is terrible.

  • @rarosera I don't think you know what "strawman argument" means.

  • @infernocanuck What you think or fail to think is not important.

  • @rarosera I was being generous. Allow me to be more explicit, then. You are not using "Strawman argument" in the right context. Therefore, you either made a mental mistake, or you do not know what it means. You are wrong. Better?

  • @infernocanuck Forgive me for being direct, but you do not understand so I will explain. Strawman argument; "an argument or opponent set up so as to be easily refuted or defeated." In this case the strawman argument is that the Romans would not have allowed 'criminalized' christians to destroy pagan records, where the premise stated that the Holy Inquisition DID destroy such records. Ergo, the former was a strawman argument.

  • @rarosera You say "The Romans would not have allowed Christians to destroy pagan records" is the Strawman? What about that statement is easy to refute or defeat? How would defeating that -help- the poster's overall premise? If the poster is "setting up a strawman" he would then have to argue against that statement and then come to a conclusion that contradicts what he originally stated. He is not doing that at all, so I reaffirm my statement you are using the term "Strawman" improperly.

  • @infernocanuck "You say "The Romans would not have allowed Christians to destroy pagan records" is the Strawman? What about that statement is easy to refute or defeat?" Wow... Really? Are you REALLY asking that? Well, the whole premise is easy to refute, hence why I said it was a strawman argument. Are you The Black Knight from Monty Python's 'Search for the Holy Grail?' You ignore this point; the premise was that the Inquisition destroyed the papers, not Christians in Rome. cont...

  • @rarosera This is a severe waste of my time, but I'll spell it out for you, since you still don't get it. You could have just said "But the Christians did end up destroying pagan records centuries later after the Roman Empire fell" And that would have been the end of it. But wanting to sound smart, you claim "Romans not allowing Christians to destroy pagan records" was a strawman argument made by the poster. That is wrong. You are wrong. I am done. Please take a Logic 101 class. Goodbye

  • @infernocanuck cont... As the poster can't refute the inquisitions destruction of pagan records he builds the strawman 'Peter Joseph and Acharya S say that the christians in the days of Rome destroyed pagan records' which he then points out as being extremely unlikely aswell as completely absurd. Now you can continue arguing but that doesn't alter the fact that this is exactly what the poster has done and that this is what is commonly known as a strawman argument. QED.

  • The money made by PJ and Acharya S is nothing compared with what the Vatican makes from their inhuman fraud. This is not because god is on the side of the Vatican and it's paedophiles, but because the church is so completely coercive. "Believe what we tell you to believe or you will burn in Hell."

  • @rarosera "Believe what we tell you to believe or you will burn in Hell." i agree that the Church, the Vatican, is like that, only, & w/ no offense intended, is not that 'philosophy' or 'idea(l)' based primarily from the bible itself?

  • @asmodeous9 Yes, from the old testament - the Torah - but yes, that philosophy does come from the teachings of the babble - I mean bible..

  • @rarosera lol. thx

  • creator is so busy that he put jesus at the prayer center to listen to us pray. none of us have ANY credible evidence of anything to study. so drop the study shit. reading material is made by the highest payer. pray to creator and ask what to belive while you got creators attention. and ask if you need a building full of symbolism to better contact. answers will come with or without books, buildings, and a bunch of arguing

  • ''There is no god, now stop worrying and enjoy your life''

  • @tardoshi "There probably is a God, now stop worrying and enjoy your life" See. I can do it too!

  • She mentions the Inquisition Chris, not during the Roman domination in which Christians were killed. Your refutation that how could Christians destroy papers while Romans were persecuting them. Spanish Inquisition very different than Roman empire

  • How could anyone see that section and not think "Wow, these guys are full of crap?" Don't attack me for "defending Christianity," being "set in my mindset,"or "refusing to think about it" or something equally no foolish. I'm not. I have done this every single time I have seen this movie. I am attacking the HORRIBLE misinformation. Trying to listen to anything after that rush of lies is like trying to take someone seriously after they spent 10+ min saying craters on the moon came from the Flood.

  • Alright, not gonna look through all the pages of comments, just gonna say my piece. If it's been said before, I don't care. To everyone who supports the movie Zeitgeist, why? Seriously. I don't care what message they have after the part about the myths. It could be the most profound work ever put to YouTube. However, no one should get past the myths. You should stop the movie, seeing just how horribly lie filled this tripe is, and not take any of it seriously. It's like a 10+ minute Chick tract.

  • @Siashi Jack Chick combines horrible animations with a heavy-handed, insulting and ignorant Christian Evangelic message. The creator of this video offered a challenge to the makers and historians of Zeitgeist to confirm and explain their claims, and posted commentary alongside audio of the two trying (and failing) to do just that. I don't see how this is a Chick tract at all. I think you're just ignorant.

  • @infernocanuck Ah, sorry for the misunderstanding. I meant the original Zeitgeist movie. I was explaining my feelings when watching the original film's section on myths. THAT is what I was comparing to Chick, I think this debunking is fine, from what I remember. Haven't seen it in two months though.

  • @Siashi Ah, well then, my apologies for being so hasty, and calling you ignorant! What I posted was quite rude, and I appreciate your calm response. I don't think I would have been so generous if I was in your shoes! :D

  • @infernocanuck Eh, it's fine. Mistakes happen. But.. if I got upset at every rude comment I got/saw on YouTube... well.. I would be a much more offended person.

  • @Siashi Ah, well then, my apologies for being so hasty, and calling you ignorant! What I posted was quite rude, and I appreciate your calm response. I don't think I would have been so generous if I was in your shoes! :D

  • You never change things by fighting the existing reality. To change something, build a new model that makes the existing model obsolete. . .

    ---Buckminter fuller.

  • Chris White!!!! Peter Joesph goes down!!!!

  • Study the history of the Holy Roman Empire! From Constantine acting as Editor & Chief for the New Testament, to the Inquisition, Conquest of the Americas, Crusades, it has all been about domination and control. All other Christian branches are from this core including the King James version. Those texts that were left out were found in Qumran at the Essene community near the Dead Sea. The doctrines preached by Jesus existed long before he did! Also read the Coptic or Gnostic Nag Hamadi text

  • and there are literally hundreds upon hundreds of histories of religion and the church and just general cultural histories of the ancient egyptian world thru the rise of the Roman Christianity from other sources than these two who made this film. if you don't like them read other more serious academics. Read Joseph Campbell's Masks Of God series or just the book on Occidental Mythology. Campbell is the single most respected authority and academic on comparative religion.

  • commonalities amongst myth traditions is GLOBAL because they all seek to answer similar questions. i suppose that the flood and story in the Epic of Gilgamesh that predates the Noah Flood story by a few hundred years is just a "coincidence"?

i suggest that people read Joseph Campbell one of the worlds most respected authorities on comparative religion if you really want to understand how myth is created and evolves.

  • i don't know how accuate or innacurate every claim in Zeitgeist is. but i do know one thing, i have an advanced degree in Medieval Studies which is in fact mostly a study of the history of the Catholic Church since it was the major influence during the whole period. there is ZERO doubt that the rise of Judaism and subsequently Christianty is nothing more than an evolution of earlier beliefs in the region. both Egyptian and Helenistic. this is a historical FACT.

  • @WhoIsDJGalt Okay.

  • @WhoIsDJGalt

hey man you sayed it youre self , christianity as we know it isent christian , its roman , i mean catholoscism of course and all of tis branches. yet this has nothing to do wht jesus . jesus message was hijacked ,this has always been pretty clear to me. but the claims they make at the beggining , they are so fake , why lie , wy not use the truth religion has done enough true things to discredit itself . this is DESINFORMATION, externalazation of the hierachy.

  • so am i going to hell,to burn and burn and burn and burn and burn and burn etc etc, you cannot really believe that rubbish..... there is nothing wrong with going to church, singing etc... my local church is quite and peaceful,i take my dog through there quite often.... but to believe in god is just plain stupid....

  • I am fully on board for the Zeitgeist movement, but... I wanted my girlfriend to take a look at the films and when she did, she was so turned off by the inaccuracies of the part about religion in Zeitgeist 1, that she refuses to give any more attention to the movement as a whole and will not watch Addendum, which is what I really wanted her to see. Now I've come to see that part of the film as the black sheep of Zeitgeist, and am wary to recommend the film to anyone now because of that :(

  • Thanks for unintentionally promoting The Zeitgeist Movies & Movement. Woo Yoo!

  • why do they keep talking about the winter solstice, december 25th? What does this have to do with Christianity? What does this have to do with the birth of Yahushua? ???????????????????

I call this a big Red Herring of Acharya S

Oh my my, and then there's a big CONSPIRACY. The Encyclopaedia Brittanica is concealing information about the truth. I can't live that paranoid.

  • It's hilarious how this idiot is so good at creating red herrings to try to debunk truth, The fact remains that Jesus birth is celebrated on the 25th because the church, like every other religion throughout time has combined ideas from other religions in order to keep people in the pews. THAT'S THE WHOLE POINT OF THE MOVIE! ALL religions have stolen ideas from others which came before and then claimed to be unique, and to have THE holy book. Christians are gullible fools,

  • @MrTruthAddict your calling people when u dont no the whole story? your a MORON

were you a witch ?? no i was , you know that ufos are spirts? no i dont think you do , theres alot more that u dont know , you even told us to read Paul Johnson's "A History of Christianity" hello the guys a mason hes dissinfo! god wouldnt let the church change everything said in the bible.

  • It's fascinating how Christian Chris White can be so scholarly and precise in dissecting the Zeitgeist explanation of "what is" , but will establish his beliefs upon a centuries old book that is full of myth and half truths , and totally debunkable !

  • @rolynstone48 LOL, exactly

  • @ 3.15: you assume they both make money off their ideas.

Disappointing claim. Peter Joseph only loses money from his efforts, and originally had no intent of release this movie commercially (which is retailed for $5US)

  • @cdejean22 try to use your own mind to answer your question..that is if you have the right mind.

  • thanks for the truth shared...this will truly strengthened our faith being a christian. yah its true that the luciferians are now doing their best to mislead the world and force it to worship lucifer!

NO WAY! Jesus is the worthy name to be bowed down.

  • @TheIlluminats LOL, no wonder they used to feed you people to the lions. Youre complete idiots.

  • Christian conspiracy? The Christian church absolutely destroyed the writings of other religions! They destroyed writings by CHRISTIANS which they thought were heretical! THAT is a given! She actually DID learn how to read hieroglyphics.

You Christians are so intellectually dishonest, it's disgusting. Anything to cling on to your precious fairy tale.

    answers(dot)com/topic/osiris

  • @MrTruthAddict edit you mean catholic church hello the catholic pagan whore of babylon like the bible calls it is against got ffs they murder christians for 1000s of years and called they witchs.

  • @truthteller656 uh, yeah, guess what. That book youre reading that you think is gods word? It was edited, interpolated, and manipulated for political reasons for hundreds of years by that "cult." I always thought it was hilarious that you idiots think the catholic church is a cult but you believe THEIR book! LOL, you people are morons!

  • @MrTruthAddict So Christians BACK THEN knew how to read hieroglyphics because the female author did? You should learn listening skills instead of getting so emotional about it. If all the info was "destroyed" then where did she get it? That she never mentions. anything to cling to your little fairy tale too lol. still searching myself but if someone can't give me sources I'm not to quick to trust their claims.Especially when they dont expose lucifarian ideology, or it's connection with the UN

  • @william0873 WOW! How you got "Christians BACK THEN knew how to read hieroglyphics" out of my statement is utterly amazing. I can see why you think a book of fairy tales from the bronze age might be true. Wow, just wow.

Luciferian ideology and the UN? Really? LOL, you're cuckoo

  • @MrTruthAddict look it up instead of imitating an ostrich, it's on record about the UN. Yes I understand that Mithralism corrupted the catholic church but hopefully even you know that isn't the only form of Chrstianity. There's Orthodox n even a few real protestant churches left which the female in the vid doesnt discuss. She fails to "debunk" Muslim beliefs also. Who the hell said I believe everything added to the Bible anyway? It's been corrupted just like most other things in this world

  • haha, I just realized where you got the idea. You heard the idiot in the video try to use that as a reason not to believe Zeitgeist, LOL. Do you idiots ever have original ideas? Read Paul Johnson's "A History of Christianity" and you will find that the Egyptian culture had a huge influence on the Roman empire and the way Christianity was practiced during the time of Constantine. He himself worshiped Mithra, a sun god. Jesus and Mithra were so similar it was easy to combine the two.

  • It would be nice if you provided a frame of reference for what the movie claims about Jesus for those you haven't seen it so we could understand the argument here.

  • You're debunking nothing. They form there opinions through logic and yours through faith. "Dire metsaphisical consequences if they're wrong" Give me a break. You're obviosly terrified of dying so you make these videos to clasp on to your childish beliefs. So maybe they haven't complete concrete evidence to convince you to let go of your absurd historical view but it sure makes a lot more logical sense. Liberate youselves from religious prison.

  • @petepamf So true. I mean let's be serious people, what kind of LOVING God would cast his creation in eternal fire for eternal pain an anguish as a punishment for their sins. Let's use our brains here, would you do that to your children for breaking some rules that you put in place? If your answer is yes, then you are one hateful and sick Sadomasochism.

  • @petepamf Now there... be fair... this is off topic. They're debunking them because the claims in the movie about Jesus and the other religions comparisons were completely off... that's just factually where that stands...

  • @MikeyB25 Semantics.

  • @petepamf Not to pick on you but the "Semantics" still don't add up, Zeitgeist was just way off with their religion comparisons and symbolism, it just completely made it up and it's much more obvious then the scripture being completely made up... :/

  • @petepamf

His point is that they cannot reasonably argue that people are naturally defensive of their worldview without admitting that they are also naturally defensive of their own worldview.

  • @Omnicron777 So Jesus never existed? Even though 95 percent of scholars say he did? Even the atheists ones say he existed bro.

  • this is terrible garbage. you suck knowwheretorun1984

  • I was looking forward to some real evidence that can really disprove Zeit Giest however was let down tremdously by this video read ancient sumerian translations you will find lots of parallels refering to the old testimate also the book of Enoch which was considered scripture until it clashed with the Christian faith they sought to create by taking the actual story of jusus and borrowing from pagan beliefs in order to bring more people to the new religion. says Paul in The secret Bible
