  • B12 can be found in organic produced plants, according to: T. COLIN CAMPBELL, PHD

Plants absorb nutrients from the soil, but that is old news........

  • Thanks for sharing your story and being on a healthy and compassionate diet.

  • @starfaery, I totally agree :)

  • I'm glaad I'm going vegan right now. Those idiots, do not deserve my pocket money.

  • @tabathawabatha thanks.

  • exactly Stuff2015

  • I agree so much! When I watched Earthlings I cried my eyes out because of how awful these innocent creatures are treated just so our food can taste good,so we can have leather clothing,so we can can conduct unnecessary experiments, ect. These creatures deserve to live just as much as we do.

  • @tabathawabatha I appreciate that but there is one thing more attractive...A kind, compassionate, strong willed woman :) from my perspective anyhow. Thank you

  • @tokiravensky Thank you! You're too sweet.... I'd be glad to help you with any questions you may have about vegetarianism. I'm going on 3 years now. So I'm pretty much an expert on what sucks, and what's worth trying =D

  • Awesome! Nothing is more attractive than a kind, compassionate, strong willed man.

  • @DA13792 That is awesome!

  • I went from eating the standard american diet to being a vegan in one week just from watching Earthlings. It truly is a life changing film.

  • vitamin B12

  • @heidbrain It's in diary. Or tablets.

  • @starfaery he said that he would not consume dairy products. and if science hadn't created artificial supplements , we would die if we didn't eat meat. WE ARE OMNIVORES !!!

  • @heidbrain You can eat diary without eating meat. B12 was naturally found on the surface of vegetables, before conventional food.

  • @starfaery, Yep, B12 was easily consumed from plants (dirt clinging to plants) before technology changed the world so now we have to safely consume B12 by other means.

  • @LloydChristmas777 Cows get their B12 from grass. Not dirty.

Some seaweed, contains B12 as well.

  • Comment removed

  • @heidbrain, The only thing a vegan needs to supplement is B12 and maybe D, depending on where you live.

Science is what caused the unsafe B12 consumption from plants (B12 is neither produced from animals nor plants, but from certain bacteria from dirt). Therefore, vegans, as well as non-vegans would be wise to supplement B12. Over 40% of Americans are B12 deficient, and they eat PLENTY of meat. Anyone over 50 years old no matter the diet, should supplement B12. We don't need meat.

  • yeaaaaaaah! you go glen coco :)

  • @mebossyounothing lol I don't know what exactly a green peace activist looks like but if the long hair is why then I will just have to take that and run with it. I like growing my hair out. I feel more like me with longer hair. and no offense taken.

  • @MrGhostfFaceZero I have seen the best speech ever video and it is wonderful. It really speaks to me.

  • you kinda look like a green peace activist :D

    no offense dude :D

  • hi

i was the same..till i watched a vid on youtube called ''the best speech you'll hear''

    check it out.

im now vegan 6 months and its been very helpful to my health problems i was having and i can now say im a TRUE Animal lover...cause if you say you ''love'' animals then why do you eat them..so i hope you stay with it and its cool you feel compassion.

  • Thank you sir

  • Congratulations on being meat free! I know you probably won't go cold tofurky (it took me about a year to not only figure out the cooking and food, but to convince my parents, I'm a teen vegetarian turning vegan) but you're taking HUGE steps towards ending suffering. Best of luck and thank you for sharing such a personal experience.

  • exactly. I remember when I was a kid i had no idea that meat was actually an animal. i knew chickens were animals but I didn't think I was eating one until my grandma asked if I liked the skin on or off of it and I realized suddenly that I was eating a dead animal and it made me sick. still i see sliced pieces of chicken or hamburgers and it is completely disconnected from the actual animal. we don't think cow or bird. just value menu and a good taste. it is sad.

  • Good for you and thank you for sharing.I think that we are born, blinders are put on us in the way of not seeing reality. We are all bomb bombarded by thousands of commercials saying how good the big mac, chicken, eggs, steak, bacon etc taste. They put such an importance on taste. They don't say dead cow they say hamburger. They want us to keep away from the fact that the hamburger is a body part of a fellow living being that had love, emotion, relationships, as we do.Chickens life's are horrible.

  • @ 58mohit, I eat eggs and love them. I get them from a local farmer who raises chickens as pets. they are treated really well.

  • @tokiravensky

    they have to taste good

  • i cant able to watch the whole film!!! didnt sleep for 4 nights..... how they treated with cows ..omg...that was a horror movie...

  • I did well for 6 months. unfortunate circumstances caused me to have to move in with my father. I lost my job so I can't even buy my own food. He cooks all the time and refuses to cook anything vegetarian. to be polite I eat his food. I am sad to say that I have been unable to continue at this time. but I hope that I can get out on my feet again soon so that I can.

  • @tokiravensky hey ...dont eat EGGS too...forget those poultry farms????? how did they cut chickens beak ALIVE... how can you eat even EGGS after eatchng that movie dont fool yourself if you are a human......

  • @tokiravensky are you crazy?? you will eat eggs after watching Earthling...?? forget those poultry farms ?how they cut chicken beaks alive

  • Hey, such a great response. That movie should really be seen by everyone. Are you still going 6 months later? :)

  • @mybatcat, Thank you :)

  • Excellent personal response. Thank you for opening your eyes and opening your heart.

  • Thank you very much

  • I always reommend 'Earthlings' to everyone. You dude.....have all my respect.

  • @stsceyannec what did you think?

  • Just watched it

  • Thank you tsukamotoTenma45

  • thank you for sharing this video, earthlings changed my life too. I'm quite impressive you stop diaries at first too ^^ Hope you're still that concerned about this ^^ all my wishes for you ^^

  • Good job, your a hero to the animals!!!

  • A tip for people who want to stop drinking milk and eating cheese for the transition is - almond milk, oat milk, soy milk (personally I don't like the taste, but if you do then great) and soy cheeses. There's a vegan cheese called daiya that you can use for pizzas and such. :)

  • almond milk

  • How has this been going for you???

  • ...one year later ,

    ~how is vegan going

=I to have such goals to meet

  • @stabbings, Thanks for sharing. I would have to say that I agree that meat and cheese stink. It was hard to watch and I watched it twice. the second time I forced myself to not look away or close my eyes and it was disturbing. It just breaks my heart that humans do the things they do. Sure it didn't point out or show the good things humans do to animals but then again that isn't the point of the picture. I wish we could stamp out all of the evil in the world towards animals and humans.

  • Thank you for choosing to witness the truth, and for having the heart to care to change. After a little while it becomes second nature. Your taste buds change and you crave healthier foods. Cheese and meat smell disgusting in all actuality. I can smell that underlying sick and rot that it is. I own Earthlings, but I still can't watch it. I braved the trailer, but lost my mind for a good few hours. And I'm still not the same. I went Vegan long ago, so I know, but I should still see.

  • That is beautiful, thank you LRSUMMIT

  • May your journey along this path be filled with deep moments of happiness when you discover that you are slowly, but surely making a difference. Take suffering with honor, take loss with the knowledge that you will always be gaining something greater. You are giving up flavor for compassion, habit for rational choice. If you remain open in this way, you will see many disturbing things, but there will be no turning back. Ignorance cannot protect you from the truth, but the truth will set you free

  • @shane4ever1, Thanks. I would definitely appreciate some vegan recipes. And it is really tough to watch so don't feel bad that you couldn't.

  • i hope it all worked out well for you :) i myself started to watch eartlings, but i couldn't watch the whole thing because it made me unbelieveble sick... :( but i went vegan before my attempt to watch it, so i guess that's ok ;) if you ever need vegan recipes, you can always ask me :)

  • :) Thank you soyaracer I really appreciate that. I hope your life is going well too.

  • thank you for making this video. you have a good, strong heart & i hope that your new life is going well.

  • good very good, everyone should be disgusted.

  • Same thing happened to me, I was disgusted. :)

  • @207Param Thank you but I'm no hero, I'm just a person like you, and like you I had a life changing experience watching this film. I'm happy for you and I hope you can encourage others as well.

  • Awesome musicvoho. Thanks for sharing your story doriahri, thats impressive. and thank you magentadivine :) And very cool pinkygirl1975

  • @tokiravensky Thank you soooo much for spreading the word . You are my HERO ...

Keep spreading the word buddy . God Bless you I felt the same way after i watched EarthLings .. I couldnt sleep that night , i Kept crying . How could human race do that . I hate all humans now .. Its so painful .. I will die rather eat meat again .. I am a vegetarian now .. And i feel good ..

  • im veg for 2 years now..it feels really great.

  • Hi. It all started with Cove I started questioning why I feel so bad for the dolphins and not so much for the food I eat. Then this spring I read 6 books related to animal agriculture in a month (and I usually don't like to read all that much). Then I felt it was my social responsibility as a human species to watch E. Thanks for sharing.

  • THANK YOU! Happy Holidays!

  • Thank you for your decision in the name of the animals.

    Bravo!

  • bravo, power to the compassionate:)

  • I was a vegan before I saw this but it was still life changing.

  • well thank you asmith20707 for your support.

  • Just a word of thanks for putting this out. Always nice to hear more and more people making smart, compassionate, life changing (for all) choices in their lives.

  • I agree, we are a sick society. I don't believe the majority of people would do such a thing to an animal like they did to that dog but regardless it is sick. yes I am still vegetarian, its really easier then you may think. but I won't lie, there are tough times. I searched online and found plenty of different cooking ideas and meal plans.

  • ok, its almost a year, are you still a vegetarian? I just saw the film, and I am sick to my stomach. I think we are a sick society. Skinning animals alive.... crushing an animal in a garbage truck as if it were garbage.... sickening....... stomach turning. Sick sick people.......

  • Thanks for the advice ericsbrewski

  • liferegenerator is a really good person to get you in line with a good diet/way of life

  • Thank you Horseysoar, Im just me, nothing awesome about that but thanks :)

  • I love this. You are amazing. Lots of props.

  • Next step: Low fat high card raw vegan. :)

  • You're a smart guy! Nice that earthlings changed you too!

  • I don't like zoos

  • ZOOS??? iou

  • I don't know whether to consider this documentary the best or worst documentary ever!!!

  • Earthlings bored me. I still will consume meat and animal products. The video didn't do shit to me

  • thank*

  • thamk you bo2island

  • Thank you for posting your opinion!!! I have never been able to watch the whole movie but I have been veggie ever since I was born and vegan for 6 years. Words like yours give me hope - hope that there's people out there open to change their opinion and set their priorities pro life instead of pleasure. Thank you so much :-)

  • Hey, earthlings changed my life, too. It was like two weeks after you, in january, i still ate meat for some days to get disgusted by my own hypocrisy some more :) But since then... it feels good and right! Hope you're liking it also till this day. All the best

  • Thanks FruitarianSwimster :) I totally agree with you and appreciate the advice. If not just for me it is good advice for anyone who reads the comments.

  • @tokiravensky

watch and support this great vegan health channel

    DURIAN RIDERS

  • There is always a rule of thumb; the more fruits, tender leafy green vegetables makes up of the caloric amount daily, the better you feel feel and thrive. Although you posted this quite a while ago, I wanted to give some productive advice for you. Peace, best wishes, and all the best for you! FS

  • If you actually have quit dairy, eggs, butter, meat, you are a vegan. Do not worry about not getting enough protein; there was no such case to be found unless the subject was under major calorie restriction. Just keep in track of B12 levels, as they can be affected by environmental factors and frozen foods. Plenty of sunshine, sleep and water works great. Huge punch this gives to athletic fitness and V02 max. A book I would recommend is "The China Study" by Campbell, it highlights the nutrition.

  • Recommend also to you guys see the speech from gary yourofsky, easily found here on youtube. And also the doc 'meet your meat'. Please all of you see those.

  • @portair12Meet your meet and earthlings are great videos. Check out my videos. /watch?v=WWMnscY04AY

  • Meat consumption will, in the future, be considered a crime. I hope so, really.

  • Thats right ZachandBailey1111. Don't pay no mind to people who put you down for being a vegan. if thats what they got to complain about then they are running out of important things in life to concern themselves with. Most of the hatred comes from feeling like you are better then they are anyhow so in a way its a compliment.

  • Gratitude to everyone who watched Earthlings and decided to change their lives :) I get down sometimes that alot of meat eaters just don't wanna know about where their food came from and become aggressive over it and then put vegans down for trying to make a difference. Just good to know I got vegan brothers and sisters and more coming everyday :D

  • I started a new life as a vegan yesterday, right after I watched Earthlings. It really is life changing.

  • Congrats, the best decision!!! I´m Veg and I feel very happy everytime I see that compassion is stronger than cruelty. Greetings from Portugal.

  • The link I posted was broke and would now let me post again for some reason, so copy and paste ' Best Speech You Will Ever Hear - Gary Yourofsky ' in the youtube browser. :O)

  • Great reapect to you for your compassion. It is your choice but I would recommend you look into a raw Vegan diet for great health.

Take little steps on your Journey. I recommend that you watch the presentation on the link below. Very powerful and I'am sure you will agree. Peace bro. :O) is very powerful. Peace bro.

  • Thanks for the comments TheRichardNewbold and Cteeal. I can't agree with you more about how powerful and eye opening this film is.

  • Earthlings changed my life too when I saw it 4 years ago - I instantly became vegetarian. Then I read the China Study and became vegan.

  • I'm so glad you posted this. I absolutely agree with you. Its more than just food. It's everything! I was vegetarian, but after 15 minutes of Earthlings I can't even do dairy or eggs anymore. Stay strong and remind yourself everyday why you are doing what you are doing. Good on you! Earthlings has changed so many. It opens your eyes for the first time.

  • It took 9 months to get a troll but we got one. Anyone else who decides to leave a comment I as that you keep the hate and stupidity to a minimum and not respond to negative posts like the one from ZR1terror. It will only result in pointless bickering.

  • You know if they hadn't made the movie with such sad comments and sad music it wouldn't have had a powerful effect on people as it does now. This documentary only works for weak dumbasses who think killing an animal for food is bad. Come on predators kill animals for food too, get over it and eat those delicious steaks.

  • @trophica13, yes it is very important. I think we could save a lot of lives if we get the word out to everyone we can. It takes passion and commitment!

  • Hello from Greece! I loved your "confession" my friend and it's important to say loudly what we think about movies like "Earthlings". I became vegetarian after I watched the movie and I'm thinking to try to be a vegan. So I think you made a good desicion too! :-) I just liked your video a lot, because you say exactly the same things I say to my friends who haven't watched "Earthlings" yet. Good luck with the vegetarianism! ;-)

  • @Madravenspeak I agree. Its horrible that people have become so cold as not to care about these poor animals. I think everyone should have to witness it before they are allowed to buy veal....everytime they buy it.

  • It takes courage to look at what we are doing - but this is not particularly a blood and guts documentary - it is a beautiful combination of the life we are given as part of our world and what we do with them - our choices. I hope we all go vegan as well as vegetarian because the dairy industry creates the veal industry as a bi-product. In order to keep milk production up, milker cows must be bred every 11 months, and their baby boys are taken to veal crates, 16 weeks of hell and killed.

  • @ruthomom Thank you. I know there is plenty I could use to substitute meat with. I am currently jobless and searching for a new one. I would substitute meat if he didn't cook so much and in such large portions for me. he is proud of what he cooks and the only other person in the house is my step mom. I eat his food because he works hard and spends his money at the store to make meals for us. I am saving money to get out on my own so spending it on food that only i would eat isn't n budget

  • Thanks activateclint

  • Congrats, amazing decision!!!

  • @lucylu123100 , Thanks for the comment. I agree. when I stopped I felt like I was living a much more productive and responsible life. at one time and still in some places eating animals was needed to survive but in our nation there really is no need for it. Why kill and eat other living animals when we can survive off of plants?

  • Great articulate video. Since not eating meat I have been a lot happier, probably because I know I am living as I should. Im trying to be vegan gradually and believe I will make it, which makes me feel ecstatic!! We humans are a plague on the earth really arnt we? Good luck

  • “If you make your best effort to be kinder, nurture compassion, make the world a better place, then you can say ‘At least I’ve done my best’.” ~ Dalai Lama “And those who dismiss love for our fellow creatures as mere sentimentality overlook a good and important part of our humanity. But it takes nothing away from a human to be kind to an animal. And it is actually within us to grant them a happy life and a long one.” – Joaquin Phoenix | EARTHLINGS

  • @Imyourcounciousnes thank you for the compliment. You are correct, no matter if i eat it or not it will still be on the market. But i can at least feel better that I don't give my money in support of the industry.

  • @tokiravensky People who use that "it will still be on the market" argument cannot even see how awful an excuse that is. So, your not raping and murdering people won't stop it from happening in the world so if you have the urge, you may as well partake in it too? It's the weakest, most destructive of all excuses for not stopping wrong behavior. See the torture? Do not eat it or support it. It's the only way it will ever stop. We all have to get on board, leave only the heartless dopes behind.

  • @1221solstice2012 That was really thoughful buddy . I guess you are a Vegetarian now .. And i thank you soooo much for that . You are awesome .

Just keep spreading the word . I felt the same way after i watched EarthLings .. I couldnt sleep that night , i Kept crying . How could human race do that . I hate all humans now .. Its so painful .. I will die rather eat meat again .. I am a vegetarian now .. And i feel good ..

  • @207Param I'm so used to being attacked as a vegan I thought you were being sarcastic at first, was getting fired up, lol, but then I saw you were genuinely kind...wow, thank you, but I'm not awesome at all, just trying to live by my convictions and encourage others to see the truth and stop the madness of all this deliberate suffering caused to innocents by our "wise & ethical" species. I'm a people hater too...true human beings I love, however :-)

  • Ur handsome. As a meat eater, i can agree, BUT whether you give up meat&dairy or not, it's STILL GONNA BE ON THE MARKET!!!

  • @Imyourcounciousness It will but its only been a few years since vegetarianism has increased DRAMATICALLY in the US. At first it was expensive or hard to find "alternative" meats. Now, you can go to almost any grocery store and find an isle or two dedicated to meatless meat. There are many popular grocers that sell ONLY vegetarian or organic meat. Resturaunts and now even burger joints have veggie burger choices! Even BK has a veggie burger. In my area theres a veggie resturaunt in every plaza

  • ShayandPatrick12 , Your welcome :)

  • Thank you for sharing this. :)

  • I understand how you feel about eggs.. I would try to go at your own pace. I came to veganism after a long stretch of vegetarianism (basically my whole life) .. I truly believer you can go vegan. You seem so intelligent and sweet. Whichever you decide, thanks for taking the time to show your feelings on this,

  • @Shell123ey, I love you too and WOW, I checked out some of your videos and you are a very pretty girl, inside and out :) ROCK ON!!!

  • Thanks Shell123ey, I am sorry to say that at this point in my life i can not call my self a vegetarian. i just lost my girlfriend of 4 years to a very good friend and I'm staying with my father until I can find a place. he cooks alot and he only cooks meat. I will however revert back to my former conviction as soon as i have my own place. I believe in being polite and not refusing his meals and I know its natural to eat meat. but I personally wont once I am on my feet again.

  • @tokiravensky I'm sorry about your loss, but getting to the point of what your saying, that the reason you stop being a vegetarian because you believe in being polite, now this is my point of view;being a vegan or vegetarian that is a life style that i believe people should respect.Just like you respect your dad for eating meat, i believe there shouldn't be a problem he understand your life style,my God there are so many thinks you could eat to substitute meat.Grains, nuts, greens pastas etc.

  • Omg! You're adorable! :) I love you! Are you still vegetarian?! :D

  • I hate zoos too. And I agree that the news doesn't cover the real issues that would change the world for the better. Good luck to all of you, stay strong!

  • This is awesome! I'm so glad that you've joined the vegetarian community. I hope all goes well for you in your venture.

  • Good on you. This movie changed my life too.

  • I just started bein vegan less than a week ago. i hvnt watched earthlings yet...i do plan to but im a little scared :/ hope uve beein kepin it up! :D

  • @ sonofappreciation, i agree and its quite sad that so much money and power is behind the meat industry for that fact alone.

  • Also, I want to say veganism has been LIFE-CHANGING for me since my conversion to a plant-based diet. I feel healthier, I feel energized after I eat, and I am very proud to know I am not supporting factory farms. A lot of people are culturally conditioned to eat meat, but blaming culture isn't an excuse as that justifies other cultural things of the past like slavery. It is very simple, and what's so empowering for me to know is that if everyone were vegan there would be no world hunger.

  • Congrats on becoming vegan! I made the switch a few weeks ago despite not seeing this documentary. I want to live healthy, be more self-reliant, and not live in ignorance and support cruelty. I was sad to see your comment about living with your father and that you don't want to disappoint him. That shouldn't be an excuse. Perhaps if you share this doc with him or bring these sorts of issues up he might consider lowering his meat intake too.

  • Dude, hearing you say this sent a tingling sensation all over me. Literally. I was expecting you to bash it. I was off. Right on brother!

  • girl friend of 4 years, didn't say 4 yr old girlfriend, I said 4yr girlfriend. Why would I date a 4 year old lol. Sorry for not making it clear enough.

  • its not as easy as it was before right now. my 4 yr girlfriend just left me for my good friend. staying with my father and meat is the only thing on the menu lol. But in my personal life I still don't eat it unless I have to in order not to offend him for cooking.

  • @tokiravensky

Why were you dating a 4 year old?

  • hows that no meat thing working out?

  • Like you, I pretty much became vegan over night after finding out about the normative practices of factory farms. Thank you and God bless you for not stuffing your head in the ground!

  • I went to Sea World in Orlando a few years ago, and noticed how they didn't seem to respect the nature & life of the animals there. It wasn't a nature-free-conscious-loving place to be, I saw imprisonment, disrespect, and inconsciousness. Very shut off from the force of life & love, very closed, very dumb, very very asleep. Have had no desire to go back there since.

  • What you say reminds me of those horror movies where the townspeople are all participating in these extreme evils against visitors, they keep doing it because they don't wanna face what they're doing... a town full of monsters.

  • I am so glad I watched Earthings.

  • It was encouraging to watch your video. After my 1st viewing, all I could think of, was not putting one more dime into the pockets of these vile, cruel animal torturers. How can people knowingly support cruelty? It still astounds me, that some can watch earthlings, yet not make the obvious connection, that we can choose to be compassionate, and not participate in their suffering.

  • I also would not go to zoos. Infact I will be boycotting everything that supports animal abuse ans abuses animals.

  • I saw Earthings. It changed my life. Although I'm only 13 it changed my life. For now on I will not eat pork, beef and I will get rid of chicken. We could live without meat.

  • Also I find it helpful to know that while we may be a minority, we are not alone. Give yourself a treat by watching some uplifting veg sites. Recently while feeling a bit outnumbered, and down about vego's being a minority, I found a couple of beautiful sites with much info, great recipes and inspiration. Colleen Patrick-Goudreau's 'The Joyful Vegan' ..(great podcasts), and Alicia Silverstone's 'The kind Life'. Check out all the cool, intelligent, interesting, creative famous vegetarians too.

  • Tokiravensky, THANK YOU for having the combined softness of heart and strength of character that makes all good men and women. For me deciding to be first veg, then vegan was just a natural instinct from being a born lover of all creatures great and small .. just knew I didn't want to harm or eat them, so no big effort. But I know others who aren't real 'animal' people who after watching such vids said 'no more!'. You all have BIG RESPECT from me, cuz I think that sudden change would be harder.

  • hi, wow respect, deciding to become vegetarian over night is pretty amazing:-) it took me months..

  • Glad you are open to a new lifestyle mate.

Too many people are cowards and refuse to watch Earthlings. I'm glad you did and that it had an impact on you. That shows you care.

    Best of luck! :)

  • are you still vegan? or vegetarian?

  • Good for you dude. That's awesome. Keep it up and good luck. As far as eating eggs, check out this youtube film. Search 'Hatchery Horrors.' It's ridiculous.

  • good for you brother. you walk the talk,

I have been a vegetarian for 17 years and now I'm going vegan. If you want to know what to eat, I have many suggestions. you're gonna feel a lot better

  • Thanks qita0 :)

  • It changed my life as well :) Congrats

  • Hey, congrats to you as well dorianstark1970. I won't say its been easy for me but it has been rewarding. I do feel better about my life style now. sometimes I do get a craving but that is expected when you are raised eating meat for nearly 25 years of your life. its almost been four months for me now and I'm still feeling great.

  • congrats on your new life. i also have just become a new person. a better person for watching earthlings. i am a vegan now for almost 2 weeks now and i feel amazing abt everything. DORIAN

  • Thanks, I've been eating bean burritos, veggie burgers, and lots of fruits and vegetables. I know some one who raises chickens and treats them well so I get my eggs from them and they taste way better then store bought eggs.

  • Large Lima beans (also known as butter beans) are super delicious, high in fiber, highly affordable, high in protein and low in flatulance.

They come dry in bags. About $1.50 per pound. You can eat on $0.75 a day! Good if your poor too! Just butter, salt and pepper and oh so delicious.

I still eat fish, because they didn't live a horrible life like chickens and bovine are forced to. No eggs or milk unless I know the animals they come from are happy.

  • Thanks perfectshot77, I'll check the clip out. I love that movie but its been forever since i saw it. If you check out earthlings you will at least really consider stop eating meat.

  • Froggymicwop, it is hard to watch. But I would encourage you to make yourself do it. it will be the hardest thing you've ever watched but it will be the best thing you've done for the cause, what ever that cause is.

  • i'm curious but i also don't think i can handle it

  • Thanks. I still have some chicken and fish in my fridge that I will finish as not to waste it but I am no longer purchasing any products that I know aid in animal suffering.

  • Good for you. You are a good person. You will be happy you made the switch! :)
