  • I see that I'm not the only one who has switched from circles to "S". The dough cracks so easily! When I make these, no one has ever heard of them, but then they MUST have the recipe.

    I am a 4th generation Lebanese-American (watered down to 25%) but our Lebanese food traditions live on!

  • @ncebeth do you test yours (baking)? when you break one open, there should be a hole in the center
