The court spends thousands to win to PROTECT this revenue stream that brings them 10's and even 100's of thousands of dollars. (think of the salary of the PEO alone as a small fraction of what they collect)

Just conditionally accept the parking ticket........... then send them a bill if they let you pay it.
When you get a driver's license you enter into contract. When you violate the contract (infraction) you pay. When you pass the bar (enter the court) you enter their jurisdiction. Parking meters do provide a service and better good for citizens of the state. Think about a hospital in any downtown area if all street spaces had no meters. The affect would be that there would be no parking spaces for those who try to visit patients because the spaces would be occupied by employees of the hospital who arrive at 8 am. Parking meters provide a turnover of available parking allowing all of the short term visitors a space to park.

The debate has been risen many times and I can see both sides, but I dot think it is more of a waste of tax dollars to prosecute and jail victimless criminals. For example, do you think it is worth the thousands of dollars spent to collect a bs 50c meter fee? Do you think it is worth the thousands to prosecute someone for $5 worth of weed? It just doesn't make financial sense.

However, I just don't see the logic in spending thousands of dollars to collect a 50c fee - it just doesn't make sense to me. The drug war is a whole other topic, but they see that as victimless crimes as well. I even recently saw a video of Ron Paul saying he would pardon victimless criminals to clear the jails.

So that would mean that it would no longer be a crime for me to spit in the street in Virginia - yes there is a statute against that. Sure it's gross, but is it criminal? So no, they don't want real crimes to go unpunished.

Investing 40+ hours to win this case may save him only $5, but adds immunity for him, hundreds, maybe thousands of others, and an effective defense for future defendants. The court spends thousands to win to PROTECT this revenue stream that brings them 10's and even 100's of thousands of dollars. (think of the salary of the PEO alone as a small fraction of what they collect)

I rec'd a PT the same weekend after watching this video in Seattle.I sent the PT back w a letter that stated that the instrument was a violation to my right to due process as it had deemed that I was guilty & that I had done nothing wrong and there4 was not required to request a hearing and that they should initiate an action if they deem fit.By having us to send in these instruments & request a hearing 2 dispute they are tricking us into initiating a case as a defendant.never heard anything bck

Who is the plaintiff? the State or City? Is the City of King a witness for the State? If not then is the City of King injured (should have been asked pretrial w motion to dismiss for no cause of action) - No contract, no bond, no injury. Oh and for the record this is an administrative hearing, not a Judicial, that is a reason why the plaintiff's objection were sustainted. hmmm... Am I an employess or member of the City of King, Inc. Check the expert witnesses paystub.

The commissioner/administrator that is purporting to be a judg is clearly practicing law from the bench and is also not impartial.

Great video: May I suggest that the response to the prosecutors objections concerning NH const. is that the officer is before the court as a public officer and if her actions are repugnant to the NH Constitution that her claim to authorty is in error and actions are Ultra Vires and therefore her actions are an attack on the NH Const and treasonous in nature. Any pub/ off. that supports her actions are bring fraud upn the court and enjoin in treason against the state and fed const (4 the record)

Just conditionally accept the parking ticket........... then send them a bill if they let you pay it.
When you get a driver's license you enter into contract. When you violate the contract (infraction) you pay. When you pass the bar (enter the court) you enter their jurisdiction. With the amount of bravery you have shown to enter the courtroom as you did, I encourage you to consider removing yourself from the political jurisdiction of the DMV in your state.... best of luck, thanks for posting!

@MidnightWins2 The idea is that they will not allow you to pay the ticket..... not to collect on the conditional acceptance. However, if one knows the commercial process, one can create serious problems for any agency not paying a bill properly presented and supported with complete documentation.

Parking meters do provide a service and better good for citizens of the state. Think about a hospital in any downtown area if all street spaces had no meters. The affect would be that there would be no parking spaces for those who try to visit patients because the spaces would be occupied by employees of the hospital who arrive at 8 am. Parking meters provide a turnover of available parking allowing all of the short term visitors a space to park.

Regardless, you say meters provide a service and better good for citizens... we managed just fine prior to any parking meters and did not encounter any of the issues you have brought up. Additionally, having been to many town council meetings where installing meters were discussed, it's always been to generate money for the town, not for the benefit of the community.

Good try, why beating around the bush though? You're being judged as part of the corporation according to their Admiralty and Maritime law. Being a free man you adhere to common law and their Admiralty law does not extend to you because it's unconstitutional and there has never existed. Read your constitution and such cases will be dismissed in 2 minutes!!! Do not go into contracts (Driver's License) where you give up your constitutional right to travel to start with!!!!
