This man has as much control over the bailiffs when the judge told the bailiffs to remove him, he ordered not to and they backed off. So I think The Solution combined with this mans ways would be a good combo. Its easy to shit all over other people's ideas guy - its not so easy to build towards your own. I have been at this a long time and this is the most sensible solution I have heard EVER. Doubting everything you come across without critical thought is just as bad as not questioning it. Sounds to me like you are just looking for excuses to stay hopeless. I fail to see the solution. I wouldn't think that setting up your own court system would make the Gov. remove theirs to make room for the new and if a law was broken by an individual and this individual was taken into custody by a group of people to be tried outside of the systems law these people would be treated as vigilantes and charged with kidnapping following a mediated campaign that would bring Janet Reno out of retirement.
This system actually follows within the rule of current law. No one ever said anything about taking people into custody. He clearly explained everyone participates voluntarily. If you commit a crime and don't show up for a hearing - you don't get help or protection from anyone who is participating.
Gotcha but once someone makes the criminal into his slave, as he did say would be fine, there would be another issue to be taken up with the state. Oh, I don't believe that would be following current law?
