  • I watched this throughout my child hood, life changing

  • Freddie Isten eltessen ott ahol vagy.......te vagy a legjobb eloado es a legjobb enekes

  • Freddie is now 65th year of age if he didn't die so sad!

  • The Best singer, the best drummer in the world!

  • was this before wembley concert 1986?

  • @LenaPwasac

No i think it's after mate

  • @LenaPwasac

No i think it's after mate .. I like this one much better!! The sounds is good

  • PURE POWER & ENERGY!! Queen's music, Freddie's voice, Roger's Drums, Brian's Red Special, John's Bass are the best things ever born in the Universe!!!!! thank you GOD!!!

  • Aw, you cut out the part with Freddie going throughout the city and shopping and asking about the "Servant's quarters." That was a funny bit.

This is my favorite version of "Under Pressure," the faster pace works great for it I think.

  • "Queen were the first major rock band to play behind the Iron Curtain."

and luckily for us, at that time behind that curtain, it was the very best rock band of all time, for the first time to play for all these jailed souls.

Thank you for that Queen. You're the masters.

  • Queen Forever....

  • 1 is under pressure

  • There is/was only one Freddie!

  • freddie in great shape, physically ánd vocally, such energy!

  • lol 4:02

  • Wow. Freddy was vocally at his peak here. Just incredible.

  • the best? without fuckin doubt!

  • This gig is quite good. His voice seems to be in a good shape.

  • he was the biggest singer, and he was a big man, too. Thanks Freddie for your words and your emotion...

  • To chyba najlepsza wersja koncertowa utworu This is kind of Magic!!!

  • Brian May is God !

    Queen is Life

    Quenn Rocks !

  • i love freddie concert in wembley

  • the king and his magic wand....we miss you

  • freddie isawesome no doubt about it...heil freddie...

  • i like this concert more than wembley.... ;) freddie sounds better, but thats not a reason..... i love to watch concert when band is playing on night... in england day last longer and first 45min of concert you have a daylight.... a hate that.... queen is great... ;)))))

  • i really like this performance .. better than wembley's

  • @gdsc4

Defiantly, Freddies voice seems better ;)

  • budapest was after or before wembley concert?

  • It came about 2 weeks after Wembley.

  • @producoescorpio before

  • In comparison with the Wembley concert of 86 i think this one has better sound quality but it seems that the video quality slacks a little in comparison to Wembley.

If i have to pick which performance i like more its Wembley as it has better video quality that gives the performance Queen gave a better viewing and i think its symbolises Queen's zenith in their career in Britain by the scope of the crowd and occasion.

  • @Stuart0000X : Originally it's from a very high qualified movie which was made by a worldwide known famous cameramen. So you can not see the real quality of the film here.

  • i love queen

  • why are people talking about his illness rather than the great performer he was.

  • @tonypie20 : You're so right!

  • why many songs by this concert have a tonality higher than the original (like a kind of magic, hammer to fall, under pressure, i want to break free, we are the champions etc..)? someone can answer me to my account, thanks

  • Conversion between PAL/NTSC speed. +5 frames / sec = +1 semitone at the end ;-)

  • was probably something in the filming or remastering process

  • don't think about his illness while watching this...let's just enjoy watching it....

  • Well don't put it into peoples head then by mentioning it ,you idiot.

  • Not that it really matters, but yes he had HIV/AIDS at this time.

Freddie found out he had AIDS in 1987 after he and his partner Jim Hutton saw a mysterious mark on his shoulder so he went to the doctor where he was diagnosed with AIDS - not HIV - AIDS, so he must have had it for a while but had no symptoms at all.

This is why they say you MUST be tested to be specifically SURE if you have any kind of STD, the symptoms won't always be there! Protect yourselves!!!

    HIV/AIDS IS NOT A JOKE!

  • 6:51 gorgeous lady!!!!!

  • He was ill here, i know to some he dont look it but he was :<

    Freddie Mercury xx

  • get your facts right...he wasnt diognosed with the disease till about 9 months later after this concert

  • I have got them right.

He was ill way before when Queen said he was, i have proved this.

    RiP Freddie xx

  • well he could have caught the disease sometime during 1986 or 1985 during the works or magic tour but he wasnt diagnosed till spring of 87. He didnt start to get very sick though until late 1990...this to the point where he could barely walk

    RIP Freddie

  • He caught it in 85 and it then activated in 86 hence they put so much effort into the 86 concerts.

They planned the concerts/tours the year before so they must have known in 86.

Also they played amazingly in the 86 concerts.

  • He didn't start getting sick until 1987. Maybe he was HIV + during this time, but he didn't know until a year later.

  • Freddie had AIDS in this concert, he knew something was wrong, why else would he order it to be filmed?

  • why would he have it filmed if he had aids?

  • Ignore mercedes' posts, Brian: He's making speculations and assumptions ("I have proof"--no he doesn't). Besides, even if he DID have AIDS at this point, it wasn't affecting him all that much.

BTW, you don't PLAN tour dates a year before a tour, and the band didn't even know about Freddie's condition until the late 80s.

I call BS on mercedes' posts.

  • he contracted the disease in late 85 not long after his amazing Live Aid performance but was diagnosed in 86. he had the disease during Wembley and Budapest put still put on the best shows the world will ever ever see. Look at how ill he is when singing Barcelona but still sounds so powerfull when he must of felt so weak. ultimate showman

  • of course he was ill here -.- ..i cant get some ppl here :/

    Freddie :*

  • His voice is at his best hear , no doubt.

  • Freddie sei e sarai INDIMENTICABILE !!!!!

Voce straordinaria, charisma e presenza scenica UNICA!!!!!

  • This is the Live Magic version.

  • my home hungary

  • i always thought this was a bit faster>>

  • Yes, he was magic!! Freddie forever.

  • Even though I was not born at the time (1987) to see Queen live with Freddie singing, I am so glad to have been born while this man was still here! I love you Freddie Mercury aka Farokh Bulsara!

  • are all the songs in this concert on a higher tempo? :D

  • nearly all bands play songs at a higher tempo live - its just the live environment.

  • not really.

watch wembley... watch almost any other concert of queen... or any other band for that matter.

its only this concert thats been popped up slightly. but I think its artificially sped up. because even the moves are a bit more energic...

  • He means a higher pitch - which is correct. This concert is raised by one semitone.

  • If you hear Queen live then ur guarenteed shivers down your spine.

    R.I.P Freddie

  • was there 80000 people, or more, around the stadium!

  • this is very funny:)

somebody threw up a radish bra, and freddy threw it backXD

I threw myself to the stage, anyway they threw me back, as the cat to shit

    XD

  • Your translation to English is a little weak, you need to brush up on your English a little,or buy a new dictionary. "Radish bra????

  • oh sorry, if i hurt you. but if you could speak hungarian, you understand what i wrote... sorry, my mother tongue isn't the english, but the hungarian. I've just learnt english for 1 year.

  • I understand what you wrote, and i DO speak Hungarian also, i was born in Budapest. You translate everything literally. It doesn't make much sense that way. Thanks....

    XD

  • az melltartó? én tollnak nézem, de mindenképpen vmi vonalszerű dolognak

érdekes fogalmaid vannak a melltartóról :D

  • Dear Freddie, you don't know how I wished to see you in concert... Sigh!

  • totally agree. If theres a heaven book me some tickets!

  • wow brian may was on top form this night

  • why looks the video so fast? Did they play so fast, or is it due to the recording?

    great show

  • I think it's due to the recording cause all the songs are a half tone up...for this reason the voice of freddie sounds better than other live shows...

  • And how many percent should I slow the video down if I want to get the original speed?

I like this version and the Wembley DVD the most.

  • OMG! I am actually amazed by the preformance on Under pressure! The vocals are absolutely prefect.

  • MY FAVOURIT QUEEN VID EVER!!!!! Gr8 The way they were able 2 UP THE TEMPO :) ABSOLUTELY LUV IT!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I want to have a time machine and be there.

  • Fantastic! If Freddie could fly, he would do it. That's the only thing he couldn't do.

  • @natacha45

    He could fly, my frend.........

  • vocals by Freddie are unbeliveble

  • Excellent .. how many people where there ?

  • I read somewhere that about 70.000. The stadium has 68 976 seats.

  • Asia a

  • The vocal performance here is much better than in Wembley!!

    Grandiosi Freddy e Queen!

great performance! i love under pressure with david bowie or without him!

  • 6:51-6:54 I've always liked those girls :>(the one in the front especially) :*

  • queen es lo mejor¡¡ freddie es dios

  • the best singer that rock music can give

    rip freddie mercury

  • Damn, the best of the best!!

One of the greates videos I´ve seen...

Boy, he looks so happy to be on stage...What a great man...Bad luck he isn´t here anymore

  • sometimes you just have to be born with it.

    Freddie was born with it.

  • under pressure is my fav

  • he does at times seem distracted or kind of going through the motions.

maybe he had something on his mind ??

  • Freddie Is a Demon on stage

  • wish i was older so i would have the chance to experience this.

freddie mercury is without doubt the best singer with the most powerful and dynamic voice ever lived. we all owe him for this.

  • i think queen and freddie tried to bring back as much of there old sound as they could with stand, since it was the first and only time with freddie that they would be there!

  • This man was a musical legend. He owned the stage. His voice is sooo powerful and inpiring, he will live in my heart forever.

  • At 05:03 incredible voice! Everytime i listen this part I am affected. Powerful!

  • That girl at the beginning of Under Pressure had a nice rack! Ah, forbidden fruit!

  • What did Freddie pick up off of the stage at 7:07?

  • It lloks like a pen, but I am not sure!!

  • zajebista piosenka!!!!

  • lo mejor de lo mejor queen forever

  • Come sempre...MAESTOSI!

  • Don't you all remember that on 'Live Killers' in the song Now I'm here Freddie sings with the audience and then he says "You fuckers are good". It's just a joke!

  • lol, then after the improv at wembley, he just simply says "Fuck you!". i love his sense of humor!

  • Keep in mind that large parts of this audience had a rather very basic knowlegde of English, and on top of that only limited access to CDs (or whatever it was back then) of western bands. I guess Hungarians must have relied on radio stations from Austria to listen to music they really wanted to hear. K.

  • You post great videos Oberon! Keep it up please...Thanks!

  • Amazing! Magic magic!! Freddie has skills, nobody have! He is still alive! I believe in him! Sleep well friend

  • fasza nal job nincs

  • it's a kind of magic , guys!!

  • Contact me if you want this concert on DVD. Both NTSC and PAL versions available. I got an HD source which I converted to DVD, complete with custom menus. DVD quality video. Stereo Sound.

  • this NEEDS to be on DVD. I swear .. best performances for sure.

  • Under Pressure. Such an amazing song. Freddie takes over a stadium again. Amazing presence. Wish you were here.

  • seriously, this is just unbelievable. Freddie has mastered the art of music.

  • He said Thank you at this concert, though he did quite often say "Fuck You" but generally only at concerts venues that Queen have visited before.

  • No he said "fuck you" because when the audience sang after them they were too good! Anyway...Freddie said many times he didn't care what people said about him! But when they mention Queen it can start to get personal. Or the other way round i don't know :P

  • Absolute brilliant...

  • LEGENDS LEGENDS LEGENDS R.I.P. Freddie

  • this time Freddie said to the crowd thanks, but in Wembley he said fuck you.

  • He said 'fuck you' to the people who were spreading rumors about Queen falling apart, not to the audience.

  • no after the improvisation in wembley he said fuck you to the audience, but he was joking, and the audience laughed it was funny

  • He usually means "fuck you" in a loving way!

  • Here he says "Thankyou." Where-as at Wembley he said "Fuck you"

    Lmao =]

  • btw this is a really boring audience

  • you have no idea!

  • you think this audience is boring you should see the montreal concert

  • i always loved under pressure more 1980-1982 rather than 85-86 but it's still a great song

  • fantastic show!

  • Sitting here watching this...I'm still amazed how good these guys were. Legends!

  • Rock on!

  • SUPER!!!
