Also me and my family are so different on so many levels, rarely have any relationship even though we live together, me and my family have different beliefs, that's how different it is, I'm an atheist and they are christian... also i have different values than them, I value honesty and integrity when they value other things before truthfulness and being genuine. They care more about peoples sexuality and religious beliefs, as well as more superficial things that I don't really care about.
