I don't think it's real because I own the same car and the gauge in the middle of the dash is supposed to show you how much fuel your using. The more you put the pedal down, the more the gauge lights up from left to right. Watch the video again and notice it hardly moves. I can tell you just in first gear, the gauge will hit the 20 mark until you shift into second.
