My Apple "Infinite Loop" iTunes Download Problem

I bought some songs on my ipod then updated my ipod to 4.0 but now the songs arent anywhere in my itunes library! its making me buy them all over again -.-

today i downloaded 4.0 and i recieved the same error after purchasing an app from the app store then i attempted to check my available downloads and an error came up, i decided to sign out and sign back in because in the eror on my ipod it said check available downloads when you sign into itunes on your computer, and it downloaded on my ipod

Same with me ok so I got my ipod touch today and i connect it to my computer and the ipod touch says it needs to connect to itunes and the instructions that came with the ipod touch says to download the lastest versionitunes so i did now what should i do??

You have to sync your videos seperately from your music and stuff. Go on iTunes. Click on your iPod under devices. Go to video, and select what videos you want to sync. Now click the button and wait. BOOM! There you have it.
