All my burners have only one jet. I can't say exactly what size they are(aprox. 1mm), but I made them by thumb tack(reason-I couldn't find long enough bore). I think that for this type of coil one jet works better.
But if want two jets, I would propose, if you wish, to make them in size of 0.5mm. And they should be directed in between coils. There is another type of coil(search for Pitorch in internet).
theres a wick inside the coil :-)

What happend if the level of fuel goes off...?? the flame can go inside the tubes and explode or something dangerous?

i think there can be a way to make one with three jets, but it would probably run out quicker it probably depends on the size of the holes.
