you gotta learn to keep saliva round the walls of your throat without swallowing it half way through screaming lol, if you're throat is well 'lubricated' with saliva and you use your lungs not your throat, it don't hurt at all :P can scream for ages, just feels like a little tickling sensation!

well im in a band that scremas. you dont use your throat you scream from the diaphragm which doesnt put ton of pressure on the throat. And Matt was told by the doctors not to scream cause they assumed u scream with the throat and thats where he got surgery and ect on. but he stills screams against doctors order because u use the diaphragm not the throat.
