i have the exact same one had it for 3 years and still works great the other one that only holds 250 songs broke the lock switch kept getting stuck and it was hard to take the lock switch off!

this is a good ipod but i hate mine, mine broke i guess and it stayed in a diagnostic mode if anyone knows how to gte out can your reply?

Hold middle and menu at the same time, it will reboot and then go to normal menu

I'm not sure but try holding down the center button and the menu button and wait until the apple symbol appears. This should reset your iPod. Hope this helps! :) ♪♫☺☻

Hold the middle button ( or the select button) and the menu and hold down until you see the apple sign light up on your screen!^^

try holding the center and menu butten at the same time and then it will reboot your ipod. you should do this every week so your ipod doesnt freeze.

yes it comes with the USB cable and that's how you charge it unless you wanna go out and buy a cable that can be charged in ur car or through an outlet.

I have one. I was very surpised how well the screen resolution made a difference with viewing quality.

I highly reccomend this.

although, the 30gb video ipop is also a great choice.
