Less taxes paid by Shin Corp means more money inside the accounting books, which increased the stock share value
Reconciliation was a word inserted by Thaksin, for Thaksin just after of the failure of the red shirts to overthrow Abhisit during the 2009 red shirts violent protest. The target of the reconciliation for Thaksin was to get an amnesty, then, he could have ordered the red shirts to stop destroying the country. But Thaksin wants to be amnestied with a magic wand, without any repent, and without going to jail.

1. Order to kill at least 3,000 people, what he called war on drug without any law process. He ordered his police to kill them one by one. is this a process of law that he is calling for?

For next 10 elections, Thaksin's party will always win because most of voters in Thailand are in the north and northeastern. That Wayne Hay guy is doing an excellent job as a journalist. He really does seem to know exactly what's going on. The essence of journalism is all about getting the facts out and he seem to believe that Thaksin was not telling the truth that's why he seems to direct a lot of very partial sounding questions at him. Monachy is very strong and supportive by elite people and chief of Army. People should look into the case more details before accusing him. He worked to provide more benefit to the poor than elite people.

Thaksin threw the reconciliation plan into the political arena to serve only himself, under the cover of amnestying the other groups as PAD, army, Abhisit who are asking nothing. This is the same principle of the liberalization of the telecoms in the aim of advantaging his telecom conglomerate (including the small competitors for to be covered), at the expense of the tax revenue. Reconciliation was a word inserted by Thaksin, for Thaksin just after of the failure of the red shirts to overthrow Abhisit during the 2009 red shirts violent protest. The target of the reconciliation for Thaksin was to get an amnesty, then, he could have ordered the red shirts to stop destroying the country. Again: Thaksin was NOT the PM when he was ousted. He was a caretaker-PM after himself dissolved the parliament (to avoid his MPs to defect to other parties) and called a snap-election - and then failed to have the election according to election laws. Instead, the blind trust will be managed by a trustee or a manager so that we are ensured no politician would use their inscrutable authority to steer state policies to benefit themselves. @2uksteve I went back and listened again. My hearing is normal, as is my ability with numbers. I suggest you visit an ear doctor and stop insulting posters online.
