In the end I found out it was a bug related to packet loss.
It seemed that after about 3 maps with 0-10% packet loss then something just got out of sync and the whole game messed up.
It turns out my router was causing the packet loss. So I bought a new one and never had the problem again :)

First I thought it was stealth arena but the others are visible.I also thought spectating but u were visible in hoverboard so its really a bug.
