  • Nice solo. I hope Al is doing OK.

  • thanks, man

  • what kind of trumpet is that?

  • a calicchio solo copper

  • Nice solo....Keep it up. The bebop era is blessed by your playing.

  • Man I don`t know what these other people are

talkin about. That`s some square ass trumpet

    playing.

  • well if you'd take your head out of the sand, maybe you'd hear better

  • great ideas, diz would be proud.

  • i enjoy the fact you are doing solo soloes

  • Very inspried man, I hope your friend liked it! :-)

  • Wonderful, one of reasons I began to love Jazz as well.

    Two of my favorite albums:

    Dizzier and Dizzier

    For Musicians Only

  • Wow!...Very Good, loved it.

  • Thanks guys. Sure Barberjim45, I'll do some easy listening. I have posted a short performance of "Swing Low, Sweet Chariot" that's not too technical; just check my channel, you'll find it. And, by all means, post some of your singing Laurlikesgoats.

  • Wow. Every time I listen to this the hairs on my neck stand up. You make me wish I could play an instrument. You have yourself a big fan from across the pond in Bonnie Scotland. I'm very tempted to post a video of me singing now... Keep playing!! You are amazing.

  • Very nice, a little technical for the non-player, but I enjoyed the skill it took to play it. Can you do a smooth easy listening number for us?

  • I've uploaded a new piece for you. It's easy listening, no flashy technique, but tricky breath control. And breath control is what it's about. Without that there isn't anything else.

  • VERY NICE!!! DIZZY IS KING, POSSIBLY ONE OF THE BEST SONGS OF THE BEBOP ERA. love your HARMONIES!

  • you do great vids and dizzy is great but you should work on the cheeks

  • To be completely honest I never liked brass instruments or blues (which is strange as I grew up in Memphis aka "home of the blues". I've always been a guitar girl myself. But watching your videos, I find it a fascinating instrument. Not to mention, your skills are brilliant. So I guess you've made me into a bit of a fan! Goodluck, and I'd love to hear more soon.

  • Very nice and VERY difficult..BRAVO.

    Hope it reach your friend!!

It will be fun to haer the "future" versions..
