Gerry, I have a PC. I bought it from your store. I use it to get infomation faster and more tuned to what I'm interested in than ever before. I barely watch tv anymore. In fact, I just bought a projector so I can hook it up to my PC. I have the internet now Gerry. I NEVER have to watch tv again.
Baaahahahaha, great prices. Wake up Harvey, your prices are a rip off. over $20 for USB cable, I bought one online for $5, and just a guess, you'd be paying less than that. You did the under cover story to find out how the service was in your stores, and you found it was bad. It's still bad, you've done nothing to improve it. People get better service online.
"customers are looking for the best deals" - Dear Gerry people look online for the best deals. TV works, however if you are not embracing the online medium fully as a retailer (especially with the high dollar) you will suffer tremendously.
