i dont think he is evil, i might be totally wrong in this but this is what ive piced together. Jin took over the Zaibustu and then Kazuya took over G-corperation. Jin Feeling treatened by kazuya's new position invested a lot of money into espionarge and his own private millatary, then declaired the machima zaibutsu as a seperate nation to protect himself. Kazuya then said to the world that hes planning a war. and put a bounty on jins head. thats when jin said bring it on. Just a theory though
