for those having error issues make sure you deactive any code that gives you all items i tried this and the modifier worked when i scrolled down to tm 83/44

This has MAJOR defects. First, you can ony do it with one move. Second, it delete 2 of the Pokemon's moves and it doesn't even learn he move.

If it helps anyone the only codes you need to have on are the "TM 44 Modifier", "All TMs (Select) Alt. 2", and "Pokemon can learn any TM/HM" , then follow the instructions in the description. I don't know What version or update this requires, but mine's version 1.7 and it works for me. hope this helps answer some questions.

@RileytheMeowCat Whenever you use the Action Replay it messes with the battery monitor so if you play without the AR it should help

@PattySilly287 With no codes turned on, use select and switch the liberty pass for a worthless item. Save your game and then give it a shot. I had the same issue and this fixed it.

HELP!!!!! i have done exactly as it says, i've even tried the TM 83 modifer and it still wont work!!!!! thanks the code worked great however during the prosces i came accross a few unexpected challenges if u have previously used the "all items" code from code junkies and your item 1 is a liberty pass u cant throw that away so what i did was i used the "900 masterballs in item 1" code to change that after that it worked fine!
