The little girl in the mirror is just a camera work editing. You take that section of the mirror from the camera and run that like a second layer. When the part comes up to where she turns away, pause it so the mirror girl is still staring but the rest of the footage is playing. Each one of these is just an elaborate scheme to give someone the willies.
