  • Fucking lie as much as you want. If you have the balls to lie and get a job that you might not have otherwise then good for you. Its better to lie then to be unempleyed. If you get caught then just laugh and say it was worth a try and move on to the next job.

  • I'll stop lying on my resume when employers stop lying on the job descriptions. If employers were more honest with their employees we'd be more honest with them.

  • Too bad there is no scientific universal law that allots for the punishment of wrong doings or the reward of good deeds.

  • I couldn't have said it better than Wishlist........

It is completely okay to lie on your resume.

Not only is it okay......but it is necessary.

It is necessary to lie in order to be competitive in this economy.

If a help wanted ad requires "5 years experience"......

then tell them you have 5 years experience!

Tell them you have 10 years experience!

  • People lie all the time on resumés as well as job interviews. CEO's and top executives lie to their employees. Our Government lies to us all the time. SO WHAT! This is a tough economy, lie your ass off if you have to. Just make sure you cover yourself. YOU BOOK IS PURE SHIT!
