Hi guys, did you download the new Ovi Maps v3.06 from Nokia Beta Labs first? Then you have to open Ovi Mas > Settings > Navigation > Traffic info update.
The service is available in USA, Canada, Brazil, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Finland, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Switzerland, Sweden, Russia, United Kingdom, Ukraine, China, Singapore, Australia
