most civilian victims and kinda the only civilian victims are muslim victims... this is because every muslim country is overpopulated, and many terrorist militia hide and live among civilians. they do this on purpose for 2 reasons, 1 to not get noticed among the big group,second because they wont be bombed because there civilian among them. this second is a very cowardly deed, because they actually make use of the innocent civilians a shield. then stuff like this happen.its sad but not our fault
