never thought i'd say a mummy is cute...but it is! tried it on halloween and got alot of good compliments...might post a pic or do a turtorial since i haven't done a nail video in so long...great design!

Is there any other way to create the mummy. I don't have a sponge.

@OGPinkPoodle Yes but it's a bit messy. Instead of using a sponge, you can use your finger. Dip it in the polish (just a little bit) and gently dab on the nail. It helps if the white is almost completely dry(tacky). It will be bumpy but once you finish off the design with a top coat, it will smooth out. =)

you can also use a piece of fabric but beware! Fibers may stick to your nail =/ yuck

@dying4chocolate A paper towel works well also. It's thicker than tissue and does a pretty good job. Just make sure to use different parts of the paper towel so one part doesn't become to wet and come off on the nail.

@OGPinkPoodle u dont have to use a makeup sponge i cut alittle bit out of my dish washing sponge and it just did fine excepet u dont want to get a dish sponge if it is for washing disehes u 1 that hasnt been used yet

what type of gold polish are you using?

@maggymay93 It just a plain gold polish that I found at a beauty supply store. Never heard of the brand. It's called New York Summer-Hot Metallic Gold (#14). Really any gold polish will do. Even a glittery gold =)
