They're not. The white stallion used to be an epic mount available at the horse breeder in Elwynn Forest, but that was prior to Blizzard making armored epic mounts and it is no longer available. You may still see players riding them in game, though.

It drops from the trash packs in Ahn'Qiraji. And that mount can only be used in Ahn'Qiraji.

Wrong, the one that you can use everywhere is the Black Resonating crystal, it is awarded to the one who opened the gates of Ahn'qiarji (he also gets the title scarab lord)
