Why do people treat turnovers as if they are just the offense screwing up, and not the defense putting pressure and making plays? Those four turnovers were big Cal plays, not some completely dumb moves by Dixon. The better team won, on the road. I will say that you guys got a great team and it seems like Autzen is badass though.

If Cal was THAT much better then of the 3 turnovers (not counting the last fumble cause they didnt need to run a play for yardage) but of those 3 turnovers that Oregon committed Cal only converted 1 into a score. While Cal's defense got marched on 2 of those 3 drives that ended in scores.
Well hey, the stars aligned for Cal. And I honestly dont think OU should drop in the rankings for this loss, but move up a few spots. A lot of higher ranked teams lost to unranked teams, so u shouldnt just throw in teams into the top 10 just because they won. OU is a lot better than some of these new top 10 teams.
Actually as a respectful Ducks fan, I'd say this year the Ducks were the better team... they beat themselves that 4th Quarter.. Last year (06) Cal was def the better team but Oregon was without a doubt the best team in NCAA this year except when they turned it over like this game (the best team comment was referring to when Dixon was under center mind you)
Dumb argument. Cal could argue the same thing. They were doing well up until Longshore got hurt at the Oregon game (bone chip in his ankle). Similar to Oregon, Cal went downhill after that injury. Cal beat Oregon, so you cannot argue otherwise (if we are using your logic, mind you). There is no such thing as "Oregon beat ourselves in the 4th quarter." Give credit to Cal. They beat Oregon.
Fact is that Cal won in 2006 and 2007, so you cannot say that they the Ducks can whoop Cal any day.
Your argument is based more on bitterness than logic. I didnt say that Oregon could whoop Cal any day hence why I said the respectful part. But Oregon was the better team this year unlike the Ducks this year Cal couldnt recover from their losses while Oregon did through their various injuries time and time again until Dixon finally went down. So Point is it took Oregon urning it over 4 times in the 4th Quarter for Cal to eek out a win against them. So I wouldnt say that Cal was the better team.
