Don't you all see this is a song against the war and america. The flag that he loves at the end is not the american flag but the white flag for peace. This is about the wrong things happening during a war.(Afghanistan, Irak, Vietnam, ...) So stop be so patriotic and have some self-criticism!

@elbasso1992 what in the hell makes you think this is a song against war and america?! if anything this song simply captures the story and thoughts of the average soldier. and that flag you mentioned is a flag often shown when one gives up or retreats, and if you listen to the lyrics in the song at that part hes talking about a girl falling dead with that flag in her hands..... oh and dont blame the Military or Government for shit that stupid immature people do when in a combat zone.
