This is Russ' arrangement. He heard the tune when he was in England in 1923-4 with Paul Specht's Orchestra. The song comes from Charlot's Revue of 1923. Russ often used this tune, as well as Wang Wang Blues to either open or close Theatre performences....a masterpiece of big band orchestration.
As they would say in the 30's: "swell - and how!"
