i make an image using power point 2007 then save it as png image then i use a program called AveIconifier2 to change it to an icon file and edit it if i want with easy icon maker.

u can make in PP 2007 any shape u want and u can customize it the way u want and after that u can right click on it and save it as an image and that is it.
