Theoretically you should start on your left side since you will be filling from the desending, to the transverse, and finally to the ascending portions of your colon. Just the opposite of the digestion process. HTH :)
i wish it was more information...like...how warm does the water has to be? and how many times do i need to do this? is it really until the water comes out clean?
@BlueMoonLightDreams The temperature of the water is not of great concern, it should just be comfortable. Therefore, not too cold or too hot, room temp or a bit warmer is good. I am not someone who does repeated enemas (one after the other). I am not informed of the benefits of this method. I do know enemas can be done daily but not for an extended period of time. It is best as weekly or bi-weekly.
@Endavial "fuck you"?....Now that was a rude reply. All my comment basically meant was that if someone needs to shoot water up their ass in order to have a bowel movement, which the body is supposed to do naturally, it is usually due to eating large amounts of processed fatty foods as opposed to a diet of fruits, vegetables, and light meats such as fish or chicken, which is what the human body is designed to process.
Look up the causes of constipation, and maybe more than one website. First of all, fiber helps, but not that much. I've been eating fiber consistently for weeks, and yet I am personally still having this issue. I eat -nothing- but good home made cooking! Mostly chicken, a vegetable, and a little starch (a slice of bread) and I eat prunes regularly. So if know so much on the subject, inform me!
@Endavial Well i forgot to mention that a lot of things in today's lifestyle can contribute to constipation besides unhealthy diet. Everything from excessive stress to all the different medications people take everyday for various afflictions..So since our lives today are basically "unnatural" it makes sense that our bodies nowdays will have some trouble functioning. My bad for assuming it was caused only by a poor diet, half of my mind was probably somewhere else when i posted.
@Endavial I meant to also say in my last post, but i exceeded my limit of characters, is good luck with that and hopefully you find the right remedy for you. Take care and have a good weekend.
You didn't hit on the most important thing here. You have to keep loading bags and then releasing over and over again untill the water comes out CLEAR. I will do a video soon.
@kimmydee23 You fill the enema bag and empty it into the colon. Then you shit it out. Then you fill the bag again and repeat. Over and over, you keep filling your large intestine and emptying it UNTIL THE WATER IN YOUR ASS COMES OUT CLEAR. It usually takes me 6 bags to come out CLEAR. Most people don't know that they need to keep filling and releasing until their colon is clean. You didn't tell them this. HUGELY IMPORTANT. I will make a LIVE video of me blasting. lol.
Thanks for the video tip. My question to you is, does the liquid have to be organic coffee or camomille tea (does this have to be organic as well or just as long as it's camomille, it's fine?) Is it bad to use tap water out of the bathroom sink?
@jephreyproduction It is not bad to use tap water, it is just not your best choice as tap water often contains metals or chemicals. Regular chamomile is fine but of course, just like water, your cleanest source is best.
@kimmydee23 thanks for the advice...another thing I want to know is that, WHEN is it appropriate to do the enema? Is it before meals or after meals? If so, how many hours prior before eating or how many hours after? Or do you do the enema after you've done #2 for the day?
@jephreyproduction I dont usually do right after meals. First thing in the morning before my shower or before I go to bed is what I prefer. As a general rule, I would wait about 2-3 after meals.
@jephreyproduction Would you rather pesticides, fluoride, or chlorine get inside of you?? If you're on well water, that's not so bad. But it should be filtered.
@Famfriass expensive; however, it is worth it. The enema at home only clean 1/4 from the rectum to the sigmoid colon. Colon Hydrotherapy may sound expensive; however, it cleans from the rectum to your cecum.
@herrapaj I know because, I just paid for my mother to get one done and she said she felt much "lighter" afterwards. She is suffering from liver and kidney disease and I am hoping these colon hydrotherapy sessions will assist in a natural way of helping her to heal. We have went the pharmaceutical route and it really has worked.
@herrapaj I agree but yes, it is much more expensive. If one cannot do colonics often enough, then enamas are a great substitute in between. They are not nearly as invasive or effective but still do really help at ridding the body of excess toxins.
I do this every few days ... I use different liquid every time...organic coffee ... 1-2 day old urine ... chamomile tea .... wheatgrass juice .... and distilled water with a dash of dmso in it ... apple cider vinegar 1/4 cup and distilled water ... good to mix it up ... heals body different ways ... excellent video....
@lllogical No, liver stones are not removed this way. For liver stones, a liver flush is recommended but can be very dangerous if not preformed properly. Please do your research first.
@demospet try it atm/atv, nothing will happen and the confident is there because u know that ur clean inside out. It's fun and I've been doing it for more than 10year, so don't worry no infections.
I'd like to try this but I have some concerns ... like how much water is too much water ? And what if it's done wrong, can it hurt anything inside ? Do I have to take in all the liquid before I push it out or do I take a bit and push it out then take another bit etc ... ?
@mersylla If your very full, do a small squirt of water, release in the toilet, a larger amount, release, and then the largest amount should go in that you want after the 3rd or 4th time of recleansing. That's what I do, it keeps me from feeling bloated and trying to take it all in when I'm full of feces. If you ask how much is too much? well with an emptied colon one could take up to 8 liters. That's insane if you ask me, and dangerous to do, but I don't even think they make bags that big!
WAIT A MINUTE, uno momento! Anything shoved up your ass is NOT natural. Practice REAL prevention. I am a long time raw foodist and NON-violence oriented and Long Time Yoga teacher. A better solution is NaturesPlatform dot, when to really irrigate the colon (the main problem where crud collects) is to go the way Nature intended you to go, SQUATTING (malasana) and that relaxes the PuboRectalis muscle which normally chokes the rectum if you sit on the Royal Throne in regular toilets. Instead SQUAT
@gurubustercan I agree with with some of your points but what would you recommend to people who are severely constipated and squatting simply does not work?? Also, I conduct enema's when I am detoxing as my liver is releasing stored toxins. Often during a detox, many experience less bowel movements due to smaller portions and/or fasting. If one does not rid the body of these toxins as the liver releases them, they can be reabsorbed back into the body. Enemas have proven to be effective for this.
@gurubustercan man i always squated on the toilet from the time i was a kid always thought i was weird but now i realise i was doing the right thing lol
@gurubustercan really?i just stand.......to lazt to seat or squat.......standing is easy and i wipe with toilet roll while standing..........i clean my anal opening once every few days with water and soap. Pooh stains can happen and are common on people's underwear but thats normal.
I'm doing a juice fast in attempts to go raw vegan and all of the books I've read say that an enema in the noting and evening is fine. True or false? Oh also it's a vegetable juice fast and I juice my own vegetables.
Hi i was wondering if a store bought emema is just as good, it doesn't have a bag, its just a bottle and you squeeze it in. what is in the bottle is sodium phosphorate< is that good to use to do a proper emema?
@Bunzypoo I think put simply is: so often we have compromised digestive systems due to the food we eat today. all day long we are exposed to hundreds of toxins that the body has trouble ridding on its own. enemas help the digestive system by ridding the body of waste and toxins, lessening our chances of falling ill.
@Bunzypoo They also do it because they want to have clean anal sex. I know many people that do this. It helps you create clean fun where anal sex can be enjoyable rather than dirty or humiliating.
@2healthnuts yes you are right - this would be better. Unfortunately I do not have a contraption that I can hang at that level. I do find the bag I use empties slow enough though. Often I take breaks during this step to slow down the process. Thanks for your input.
@kimmydee23 I use a Command brand hook by 3M for damage-free hanging. Works beautifully in the bathroom shower stall for hanging your enema bag at the desired level.
