Note that you should not defragment SSD's because something that the operating system sees as "sequential" will be mapped to relatively random locations in the FLASH anyways, due to wear leveling techniques used in current SSDs. So, you'll be doing a enormous amount of reading and writing to move data from place to place, therefore wearing the FLASH. SSD's don't need to be defragged because of simply no moving parts.

Actually, there is an overhead in Windows itself when it comes to processing fragmented files. It is very noticeable on SSDs because they are very fast.
