Dear Kid, I liked the way you backed off (here's my definition) "Youtube critic moral coward"....anyway. I liked the tone and i like people who are straight up and as regards to diplomacy and tact there is a fine line between rudeness and diplomacy but sometimes you gotta let them have it. Here is my question.....Is there an red plate amp which makes the glassy 2 or 4 strat out of phase sound convincing..? thanks.

Kid, thanks for sharing your expertise. I for one, am always interested how working players, particularly those in the retro and roots world, achieve their tone and sound. I saw you play with Estrin at Harvelles in late 09, and I was blown away. I haven't been that impressed by a guitar player in a long time. it is great info, and this video is about the amp, and not your playing. plenty of those. but i wouldn't go running around bragging with a 130 iq :) i think they lowered the mensa standards now that you can get in wth that, but that only puts you in the top 93%. btw, i enjoy your vids, and this is not a put down, but bragging about a 130 is like al bundy bragging about his 4 touchdowns in a highschool football game :)

just messing with you. you can prove that dude wrong without having to resort to stating iq numbers though. you don't have to justify yourself. your video is very informative, and helpful. some people want to know about the amp, as what the amp actually sounds like (for them), they'll have to play through it themselves. i can plug into your amp and sound like me, and you can plug into my amp and sound like you.

btw, if your iq fell into the 160+ range...well, then maybe it's be ok to brag :)
