Ideally Raw Vegan eating 2 meals per day... Eat last meal prior to 6pm and don't eat your first meal until about 8 or 9 am...keep them spread out with No snacking... You can include turkey, chicken, fresh salmon, tuna if you'd like....but try to stick to veganism...mostly fresh vegetables, beans (obviously cooked though if you'd prefer to add beans) peanuts, and some soy products....
I am type AB, and it is recommended that I get some of my protein from soy as well. I can tell you that if I have soy protein just two days in a row, it sets my hormones into a tailspin of misery. My thyroid messes up, my adrenals become stressed, and my estrogen levels become disproportionately high in regards to my progesterone. My herbal doc even promotes eating for blood type but disagrees highly w/Dr. D'adamo on soy ingestion, unless it's fermented, especially for women.
Dianem9014 - IN order to tolerate straight sugar your body has to be very healthy overall. If you have any physical complaints/issues then i'd avoid all sugar and alcohol.. The body pretty much acts as if they were one in the same, although they have "seemingly" different effects.. Email me and we can talk further @ actualize81@gmail.com
i'm type A and i'm a high school athlete and the practices are so intense that i'm drenched with sweat...but i was able to eat sweet potatoes, whole wheat, and ice cream and still lose weight...but now since i'm done i'm trying out this diet. unfortunately, i LOVE sweet potatoes (i've lost weight eating them) and i love whole wheat bread :/. and i hate nuts...they're gross.
Ramonswife- That's an excellent question... Both chicken and turkey are fine for type A because they don't require the intense stomach acid (that type 0 has for red meat) to digest them.. Why don't you make an appointment with me so we can get real specific and get you feeling great?
my question is what about chicken and turkey? I am type A and had to get my gallbladder taken out and could not eat meat for a while... I can go without red meat but I love turkey and chicken... are those less bad? or the same?
real quick too. However, I may need to contact you to get some secret insight on what you know about sugar cravings...sugar is like poison to me. I can't have sugar or it will literally neurologically, psychologically, harmonially F@*&$ me up. I think this is why I am addicted to juicy pineapple. Also, here's another secret for you highly carbonated people....THE SUN WORKS WONDERS..sit out in the sun and shed pounds. I literally sculpted my body while sunbathing.
Actually its true! I'm an African American female blood type A+ and just recently (this year through trial and error) discover my pounds literally shedding (without exercise) when I started eating nothing but apples, oatmeal, spinach and omg pineapple...(i still cheat with pizza but the bread blows me up about 20 pounds with one bite so i limit it to one pizza per month) I'm actually full after eating alkaline fruits filled with juice and leafy greens and squash. Peanuts and seeds get me full
@keeelane Honestly.. i'd advise eating a larger breakfast with your carbs in the morning (so you'll burn them off throughout the day) Oats and berries is a good breakfast staple... and a very small evening meal with mostly protein in the form of soy, fish or chicken (type A superbeneficials)... Any other questions?
My gosh, I'm practically stumbling upon this info. I've always struggled with wieght loss, and I'm realizing that I've most probably been eating all the VERY WRONG food, never been really fond of meat, so I won't have much problem leaving it for good :3 thanks so much for posting this vid

What?!?!? My mom told me to drink a lot of milk everyday to get big and strong! And my friends (I think) told me to get some meat in me and my dad is a type B and he loves meat (mostly steak) and I like oysters, shrimp, sushi, and clams but I can't because I now know it's bad for me ;( Please reply: How can I grow stronger (bones and height) with dairy (how much? Can I have it sometimes?) if so, it might work for me and my fat brother for his diet this summer because we're both type As. No fair
Dr. Victor Herbert, a hematologist who studied blood and nutrition at New York's Mt. Sinai Medical Center before his death, once said of the theory linking blood type and diet that it is "pure horse manure. It has no relation to reality. The genes for blood type have nothing to do with the genes that handle the food we eat."
@terrymorse I hate to stereotype, but I'm not surprised this physician believes there is no scientific basis to this type of diet. All one has to do is to realize that the antigens on the different type blood cells can react differently to a food. Most physicians know very little about nutrition anyway, so they don't think about the processes going on at the gastrointestinal mucosa during digestion and absorption of the food we eat.
Type A's do well on a Vegan diet... Avoid Wheat and Dairy. Multi grain is B.S. Say goodbye to bread in general cause its all wheat unless you pay more for specialty 100% sprouted Ezekiel Bread. Emphasize Peanuts/Soy/Fruits/Veggies. Rice/Kamut/Amarnth /Oats/ and Rye are good for A's but not Wheat..
I am going to be seeing a special trainer for weight lifting who understands nutrition. she will be making me eat according to my blood type of A-
until I see her in a few weeks, I wonder what I could eat in general? is multi grain not whole wheat? I feel like an idiot lol. I thought it was the same thing.
excellent. good summary of some important factors. thanks buddy. Oh, and remember, anti-oxidants as in colorful fruits (berries) are crucial for the survival of Type A but try to eat them earlier in the day as snack or before anything else you might be eating at that meal.
@Auslander999 If you have GERD, try following the type A plan for optimal health and your gerd should go away. Also, begin changing the way you think and assume the foods you eat are perfectly healthy and healing.. You'll attract the correct foods, which will most likely be for type A anyway...
Coconut OIl is really not great for anyone really... Using it as a moisturizer or in soap is definitely cool. However, working on positive thinking and taking in the appropriate foods in appropriate quantities will help revitalize your skin on a permanent basis so all these external cremes may soon not even be needed..
I am an A type warrior and do not eat red meat or poultry.I saw doctor d'adamo at his office in wilton, eat a green diet including pine pollen and maca.my question is, can I use raw organic coconut oil externally and/or internally.it is listed as an avoid but I am thinking it refers to commercial oil. Any thoughts et al?
Thank you for the info, Steve! It's really helpful. I've been changing what I'm eating based on my type A bloodtype and I've started to notice that I feel better, and my gums are healthier and my fingernails and hair too. I just feel renewed! Your info helped, I didn't know about the cancer and it only helps reinforce this lifestyle change. Great info!
Hello, I'm Blood type A and was wondering if eating buckwheat soba noodles is any good for my health? They have been listed beneficial on my list, but on the package, it indicates that the product's ingredients: Wheat Flour, Buckwheat Flour, Water, and Salt. Is it alright to eat it every other day for dinner? I just am concernerned about eating rice pasta because of its high glycemic index. Otherwise, I am eating no meat, no dairy, and am eating an egg white omelet every day for protein. Thanks!
@zpaco18 I don't know if you got a reply to your question about buckwheat and Blood type A, but I am blood type A and have found discrepancies in the Blood Type Diet Books about a few foods--buckwheat flour being one of them. From what I can gather, there is a difference between the buckwheat grain (which isn't even really a grain) and buckwheat flour. Check out the explanation in the book "Eat to Heal" by Kristine Napier. I don't know what's in the soba noodles, so...

how in the world am I supposed to keep my muscle mass, and go further with this meal plan.Fruit and vegies dont nearly have enough protein to feed my muscles.Yet if I keep eating what I really need(red meat, and lots of milk),cancer's gonna grab me.Everyone on my moms side had cancer probs and they were all A types.Similar with my dads family,-A types too. So,can I still become a perfect bodybuilder without eating meat and milk?I also have naturally big muscles and I easily gain mass.Thank you

Soy foods are toxic unless of a fermented nature.
Check out west on a price.org (no spaces) for amazing info.
Get off soy unless it is fermented. You'll be better off.
Most people should go to bed by 10 pm and getting up with sun.
We do toxic dumps after 10 that are not critical to blood type.
I love the genotype diet; like anything, personalize it to fit you.
