Metal ball bearing is a "Must have" in AWD Drifting.

Toe in and Toe Out is up to your choice... start without and then try different settings.

of course, hard drifting tyres is also a MUST!

yep, there hard plastic tires. Get a second set of rims too because drift tires are stiff and hard to remove. At least on the mini-z.... I havnt tried drift tires on the Radio Shack xmods but the rim sizes are the same so they should.

I got some drift tires over at atomicmods com for about 5 dollars. You just need to make sure you have the AWD model of MiniZ or Xmod

did you need the drift tires or does it just help? and what surface are you driving on?

i can drift (real drift, as in a clockwise curve and steering to left) my original 2wd on wood floors, but naturally it's crazy hard

no, the motor is the Atomic Stock AWD Motor.

It's a little bit more powerfull than the Kyosho stock, and still fun to drive!!!

you can get one in many online shops. just search for Kyosho AWD Mini-Z and buy drift tyres.

Yeah, it's around that price. Maybe around 100, but well worth it. Almost original setup and ready for some serious DRIFTING!!!!
